I think it was the script writers. I haven’t read the novel but I haven’t seen people complain about him there, who knows really.

Theo has got to be one of the worst main characters in BL ever. He had no character development at all. And when he sorta did in the end it was to show his worst qualities. I didn't even want Theo and Akk to end up together anymore because Akk deserved much better. Akk's sister showed her true colors in the end. She has no love or respect for her brother at all. Akk has serious trust and self-worth issues that were glossed over so he could have his "happy end" with Theo. Well, if we can even call it that.

Finally finished this. After the bad taste the ending of Enchante left me, this is exactly what I needed! Perfect and sweet ending to Mork and Tawan's story. Definitely one of my favorites of the year. All the characters were likable from beginning to end. And like how this series had a hard focus on love is love no matter what. You love who makes you happy and a better person the gender doesn't matter. Also felt like the side couples had a fitting end too, good close to their arcs. I'll be rewatching this for sure!

Yeah it would have been better if Theo actually showed he loved Akk. But nope remind the selfish manchild he was til the end.

This was a dud but GMMTV has had two good BL series lately: Not Me and Bad Buddy. Hoping Vice Versa falls in that line too.

6 episodes would have been enough for this series imo, or even 5.

Jimmy was a breath of fresh air. Can't wait to watch his series, Vice Versa soon.

definitely. I doubt the writers even looked at their own past scripts after ep 8.

I kinda disagree on TonhonChonlatee esp that ending yikes. Some moments on there like Chon's attempted rape were played off somewhat and that bugged me. But at least the actors were charming and better actors. Khaotung is always a fave and can't wait to see him in The Eclipse. IA about Akk tho he deserved much better wish he would have given Theo the finger in the end.

I think they tried in the middle I'd say eps 5-8 then were just like who cares? Let's not even try XD.

It's like the writers wanted the audience to think that Akk was the rude, immature one. Hence why everyone kept saying that Akk wasn't good enough for Theo haha. Talk about biased, bad, non cohesive writing.

And Akk deserves way better than that. He had a chance to get out of Theo's game but couldn't because he loves him. It breaks my heart.

From the new 2021-2022 line up(so far) I'm gonna say yes. But, I've seen worse from GMMTV to be honest. TonhonCholantee comes to mind. And who knows the other new series this year, may end up being a disappointment too like this was.

True that is always a plus. Enchante did drag too much and ended on a really bad note. In that case maybe 6 episodes is not bad after all.

Enchante had so much potential but bad writing and Book not being good lead material(he needs more work) really killed it. Sad because this was one of my most anticipated series and it ended up being a huge disappointment. Knowing that these are the same script writes of Cupid's Last Wish gives me pause. Although that one has a better cast and chemistry at least.

LOL they weren't bad together. I saw chemistry but the writing on this show was so bad that it sunk any potential ship they could have had. And Book needs more experience too.

I really don't think Book and Force will get cast in another series together. From what I saw they made no real impact unlike the big ones: OffGun, BrightWin, KristSingto, OhmNanon, EarthMix ect. For the most part with them it was just meh. We will see tho.

This is me. The last episode made no sense and really brought the whole series down. Not that it was a very good series to begin with enjoyable yes but the ending made it meh.
