Thank you for sharing - I'm glad it all worked out for you! I saw the Japanese drama '1 Litre of Tears' when I was at that critical point in high school and immediately decided I was going to study Neuroscience to understand more about brain health and neurodegeneration. 7 years later and it is still a massive motivation for me.
I was approached three times during a one week stay in Seoul. Thankfully it was just after watching this drama so I was on high alert.
Subway stations are usually where they catch you - especially in Hongdae (two young people were offering free hanbok experience at their 'studio') & in Myeongdong (two ahjummas who ran an 'elderly care facility', looking for people to sign up).
I like the drama but I don't like this feeling I'm getting while watching it - like something really…
Probably because he's not actually in love with her and is just using her! The happy scenes are done so well but his motivation is just pure no, it really distracts from all the cuteness :(
I'm sure he will fall for her eventually but she is bound to find out about all this and obviously she is going to be majorly upset when she finds out his original intentions weren't sincere. Probably why they weren't still together when they died in the future and why future him was so regretful about not making it work.
This movie is not something dirty to be avoided and it definitely is not porn. There is zero sex between a high school student and a 70 year old man either.
If you are a fan of Kim Go Eun, definitely watch it because she does an amazing job.
Why only 1 episode this week? Is there a site where these announcements get made? Does this mean 2 next week (14-15)…
There will be a special episode tomorrow to go over the relationships and history stuff we already know but perhaps what regular viewers may have missed and to remind us of the plot holes that still need to be filled.
I like the story of this drama but, i don't see any chemistry between Gong Yoo and Kim Go Eun the main reason…
Ahh I can't believe you skip! How can you enjoy the drama at all?
You have to remember Koreans love aegyo and she shows a lot because she's thrilled to finally have the Goblin in her life and a place where she belongs. The girl had a rough childhood, was an outcast in school yet can now smile like that because of the ahjussis, which just shows her strength as a character.
Also I think they always had chemistry, especially when they were bickering but due to complaints about the age gap (which were ridiculous) the writers stayed away from too much couple-y stuff until this last episode which just proved it's there.
I am having a hard time watching this because of Go Eun honestly she' the only hole in drama the main couple…
I felt the same in earlier episodes, but after to getting Go Eun as an actress and Eun Tak as a character, I feel it's just the character and to show her development from the near-suicidal teen we saw in the first episode.
WARNING: DON'T WATCH EP 13 TILL NEXT WEEK. YOUR HEART WLL BE SHATTERED, YOU'LL GET DEHYDRATED FROM YOUR…
I've watched loads of sad movies over Christmas but nothing compares to this. Started sobbing even harder when I realised there's no episode until next week so everybody listen to Janey!
Am I the only one wishing for a sad/impactful ending? I want to be shocked at what happens in the end! I am tired…
I'm pretty sure the Sajang-nim she meets in the restaurant is going to be Shin post-miracle of him surviving sword being pulled out. But seeing as she's 29 at that point, something tragic might just happen seeing as another GR will be after her at that point.
