but im talking about the characters, not the actors. the power play is ridiculous for them to be the same age. i know korea is obsessed with this kind of dynamic, but honestly, can they make it less ridiculous?

everyone was expecting it but god the first episode was boring as hell. a super, unnecessary long scene, then the same thing the happens in every office drama and the cherry on top was it wanting to make it believable that they are the same age.

my problem is not women, obviously, my problem is the women that fetishizes gay relationships. the same way i have a problem with men fethishizing lesbian relationships. LGBTQ relationships aren't entertainment for straight people to fap to. please learn how to read.

Guys, this group, OnlyOneOf, has a project of solos albums dedicated to the LGBTQ community. There are 6 MVs with 3 different queer stories. The couple that will be the main characters in this drama has their own story (MV 5 and 6, "beat" and "beyOnd")! It's about two highschoolers who fall in love even in the hostile environment of highschool.

i can't wait for this series. to be honest, i'm ready to support it no matter how it turns out. i heard the production team is the same (but im not sure if this is 100% accurate) from cherry blossom after winter and that drama was not really good technically wise, so i'm both scared and excited!
i also read the webtoon and even though the story is not that great, i think a good adaptation would be awesome. it really can bring some nice critiques about the hypocrisy in the kpop fandom about fanservice and lgbtq representation.

dude, that's a popular trope. do you know how many manga is out there with a similar story? not only bl, but there's A LOT of bl lie this. if you go to any manga website that has a good filter and just put "farm" or "farmer" it will give you a lot of results. japanese manga, specially, there's a lot.

they are doing it really well with this drama. I LOVE the webtoon and i thought it would be hard to make it into a drama because i have big problems with big adult men behaving naive and childish, but the acting is so good. the actor playing yechan is doing a GREAT job and the actor playing sunyeol was a perfect cast!

it's not hate comments. it's REAL critique. i can even believe this script was accept by a production team. zuho did great portraying a hateful character. i kinda feel bad for him because he has potential as actor, but after this drama... i hope he can act in something better so people can forgot this one ever existed.

dude, since episode one that guy is only showing bad traits. he's possessive, egocentric, gets angry too easy, don't care about people's feelings. the internalized homophobia is seriously another level. he has no sense of emotional responsibility. and the situations you said were the same, it was not. at the end of the day both situations were about yoojae's feelings. HE didn't say he got rich because he was pitying his friend (that's already bad, are they even really friends?). hanjoon didn't say he moved to a room because he had already experienced the pity and he knew it would happen again (it did).
