How did F4 romanticize violence and bullying when there was horror music/theme everytime it happened? I did not…
i don't know, maybe by making the girl fall in love to the person who bullied her and literally terrorized her? by making her fall in love for a jerk that had anger issues, bullied people because of their social situation and was completely a bad person overall? in one scene you can see that. that one in which he raises his hand to her??? please. those scenes were horrifying, yes, but they didn't pass it to the audience. what they gave to the audience was "it's ok if he's a bad person or if he hit you as long as he's rich and handsome".
i love ohm, but this looks like that f4 bullshit. toxic af. i didn't want my boy to be in a series like this. i can only hope it won't be like f4, romanticizing violence, bullying and all that crap.
Can somebody tell me what happens in the series, like is it bl. If u ask why I don't watch to know, it's because…
so what happens is that kim's soul couldn't go back because he was actually destined to die. the guy who likes him, way, his best friend, wanted to confess to him, but he didn't had the opportunity. pan, in kim's body, try to tell him the truth about what happened and then kim's soul was allowed to interact with him one last time in a super heartbreaking scene. this scene really shows what true love is and how selfless it should be. it's a short scene but it's better than a lot of series out there with a lot of episodes. i cried so damn hard. and then when khet learn his brother is dead he breaks down (because their relationship wasn't good and he wished they could 've had the chance to repair a broken toy together (the toy was a representation of their relationship) and have a family photo together (gosh, i feel like crying again), and then he repairs the toy alone. and i ugly cried in this scene too. pan's body, without a soul inside, is dying. so pan has to learn how to go back. they learn she has to receive a true love kiss. so she looks for khet. khet kiss her (in his brother's body). when they kiss, she wakes up in her body and kim's body is dead. they didn't show it, but imagine how horrible it was for khet to hold his brother's corpse in his arms when "he" was alive and well just a few seconds ago? it was so horrible i cried for a long, long time. both khet and kim (the real kim) were two of the most incredible characters i found in a series. they are incredible selfless and they love with their all heart.
i thought this series was going to be bad, but i was surprised. i liked most of it, the comedy is also super good (like i said, it's comedy out of awkward, so it's the real cringe type. i like this type of comedy lol). i just can't accept kim's death, he was the one person who really deserved the whole world.

it's really fun, even though a lot happens. yes, it has bl as one of the romances. the romance, tho, isn't really the main point (not for the bl and not for the het). i think first ( who plays kim, the main character) was the big MVP. in the swap scenes you can REALLY believe there's a soul of some weird girl inside his body lol~
so basically this girl, pan, and the guy, kim, "die" by accident (blame the goddess of death). when she send them back, pan wakes up in kim's body. there's a guy (khet, played by ohm) who likes her and he's actually kim's brother, so there's this kinda awkward incest feeling during the whole thing lmao some people may dislike it, but i thought it was really fun. the series was really good in making comedy out of awkward. so basically a lot happens, khet "falls in love" with "his brother" and a lot, A LOT of weird shit happens until pan (in kim's body) learn how to change back. while it all happens pan's body is in a coma and the goddess of death says kim's soul is lost somewhere (and they keep thinking that until they finally find him).
do you want to know the end? i mean, it was so GOOD watching it. i feel that you should really give it a chance. but if you want to know, i will tell in the comment bellow.
SOOO true...Blame BL writers and some social taboos for that...its like they can't seem to grasp that in same…
Same. I'm so tired of all this "who's the uke". jesus christ I already hate the words uke and seme just because of those people. Who the fuck cares? What will it add to the story? Absolutely nothing. People are just out there basing every m/m relationship in japanese yaoi. that's was the beginning of all that "big man top" bullshit.
ep 10 has shao fei with the same personality. no one, literally no one normal talks while making faces and kinda screaming without reason. i enjoy the show, it is good, but the character's personality is cringy af. it's like the male version of every female lead of kdramas.
the show is good, but the only bad point of it is how shao fei's character was created. he's an adult, a cop, but he behaves like a spoiled child. he acts like someone with serious mental illness. it's really common they do characters like this in asian dramas, they infantilize the character in order to make them "adorable", what it's just cringy. the series would be so much better if he would behave like an adult and act more like a cop. that scene that he was making faces to the security camera in tang yi's house was the worst, honestly. history 2 did so great with consisted characters in CTL and ROW, how did this happen?
