watch it please 😭 maybe it’s not for everyone but > I < personally loved every second of it. the action is fucking surreal and their acting is so good, bogum especially made me laugh and cry a thousand times… i got so attached with the characters and with this universe that i genuinely felt sick to my stomach watching some scenes, not because it was heavy, but because cause i didn’t want anything to happen with them and at that time i had just learned these kdramas are very popular for the trauma code 💀
when it finished i simply refused to believe lol i kept listening to more than 20 songs of the album for months — with lyrics and score as well cause its pretty good — and even ordered a custom FUNKO POP of dong ju (bogum’s character) lmaooo

just watched his short film, The Christmas Song, Part 3 (haven't seen Parts 1 and 2). simply BEAUTIFUL. Byeon Wooseok doesn't say ANYTHING, but his face says EVERYTHING. him holding back tears (and eventually crying) brings tears to my eyes—in a story that I knew NOTHING about, it was completely new to me, I had no emotional connection whatsoever.
his impeccable directing and writing, along with the soundtrack, Byeon Wooseok and Moon So Ri's performances and the cinematography, moved me in FIVE MINUTES. i was intrigued, involved, and emotional. clearly a brilliant filmmaker and screenwriter.
amazing show, characters are SO good and the acting is amazing, not to mention the quality of story… something that bothered me a lot was the exaggerated fights, looking they have superpowers or sth — I KNOW it’s following the webtoon style so it’s a personal issue of mine, but it was very inconsistent cause sometimes it was waaay to pulled to the realistic side and sometimes completely visual hyperbole, and when it happened it disconnected me a lot… and something that was super amateur from the production was the sound mixing like SERIOUSLY who tf did this, the soundtrack was TOO loud in some scenes i couldn’t even hear the sound effects let alone the dialogue, what were they doing in that editing room lmaooo apart from these small things i swallowed the show, LOOKING FORWARD SEASON 2!!!!
it should be a CRIME the ratings for this are going down, THE WRITING is phenomenon, amazing soundtrack with a dark energy and kim yoo jung is INSANE... what a show, i'm astonished.
