I also watched Rooftop Prince before watching Queen In Hyun's man and I do agree you, second one is way better.
In my opinion QIHM wins by far in comparison to RTP.
Recently I keep wondering should I watch it again so soon which is a very rare occurrence and an evidence that Queen In Hyun's Man is a great drama.
First drama I watched was Fated to Love You few years ago.
And you know 24 episodes and each one 1h and 40 minutes long, was a bit too much for me back then. But still I sat through all of them. I left drama world for a while after that, only recently I started watching them again.
First drama that I really liked was Coffee Prince. And that made me want to watch more.
I was hoping it doesn't have depressing ending. Now I'll definitely watch it.
