there probably were some reasons why she didnt tell her that. like after her athlete career got ruined, she locked herself in her room for 3 years. so for 3 years mirae wasnt able to tell her those things. and after that, she probably got busy with her own life.

she's probably totally broken inside? the only one she can take her frustration out is on miji. she doesnt want anyone to know about her weak side and doesnt show that either, it's only miji who has seen her weak side even without asking. she dearly loves her sister, we can see that when she cut her hair so that miji can graduate. we need to see more of mirae's side to judge and from her own perspective, not by how miji sees her or how others see her as.

ig it's too early for us to speak about mirae yet. all we have seen upto now about mirae is how miji sees her. we havent seen the problems mirae had faced yet. and the reason why her mother gave her extra attention was because she was always sick which made her family go broke as well. she deeply regrets it. she probably wants to visit, but she didnt have the guts to do so. growing up, she was always her mother's only expectation so ofc, she had to work harder. if we observe her character even through the perspective of miji, we can see that she doesnt usually speak up for herself, cant open herself to others, cant ignore the pain of others and she cant express herself properly.
we need to see what miji was actually going through. she spent her childhood being her parents only expectation and being hospitalized. and in her adulthood, she's being harassed at her wor place

real lmao. i had watched some dramas with pretty high ratings on mdl and imdb but guess what, it turned out to be total shit for me lol. these days i dont see the ratings and just read the story or the description about the drama. our liking isnt the same as others and the overall ratings doesnt define our likings.

it's cuz she didnt get the attention she needed while she was young. she thought that people always closed their hearts when it came to her. she thought that her whole identity was "Mirae's sister" cuz of her childhood. yk, habits and mentality from childhood are hard to change even when we grow up. we probably will get to see that she was also loved. when jihyun said to miji who was pretending to be mirae that she wanted to know miji better and asked help to mirae for that but miji distanced herself first. it's cuz of miji's childhood experience.
and i think that as the plot will develop, we will get to see mirae's struggles as well. maybe 6 eps abt miji's struggles and the other 6 abt mirae's? like the audience were told about "Mr. Park" and he probably SAed mirae. hosu also mentioned it

i agree. she never felt like she was loved as her mother was always there for her sister but not her. the guy she liked is rumored to be dating her sister, two of the people she cares for the most. hosu promised her that he will be there for her and she was waiting for him, only him but he didnt come to cheer her up, why? cuz he was busy with mirae.
