I'm glad to hear you've become a Haruka fan boy, it's my goal to convert as many people as possible hehehe ;D
Have you started Hotaru yet? aah you have to watch it!
Haven't seen Cyborg She yet, is it good? I'll give it a try next weeked :3

Yaay! another Jdrama fan :33
Is it OK if I add you?
I was stalking your profile, and bumped into Stumbling. Judging from the synopsys it seems interesting, I'm adding it to my PTW list :D

Yay! Another Yuusha Yoshihiko fan! :)
Sorry, hope you don't mind me stalking you profile hehe
I was looking at your fav series and, just from the synopsys, I'm adding My Boss, My Hero to my ptw list too :)

I was not really fond of it...I had to stop watching it because of their constant bickering was just too unrealistic…
Completely agree. I was really disappointed. Given its scores and how much people talk about it I expected it to be unique, but I found this one to be extremely cliched and overdone. It really puzzles me why is it that people like watching THE SAME thing over and over again. I think I'm done with K rom-coms.

it's not that great when it's too hot D: I like it better in late february~march, the temperature starts getting just warm and not this crazy scorching heat... though I shouldn't complain, this year isn't that bad, last year it was a lot worse :/
It'd be great if we could get the cold from over there and the heat from over here and mix it together to get a perfect warm/cool temperature >_>;
Yeah, ParaKisu is all about fashion \o/ but y'know, it's more that crazy Harajuku Japanese fashion than anything else. Not everyone appreciates that style, I don't mind it but I'm not so crazy about it anymore as I used to be on my teen years. But there were some prety cute designs :) And I found the designs from the anime/manga a lot more Harajuku-like than in the movie. So if you wanna watch it for the fashion, I recommend the anime :)

aaahh you just have to watch Hotaru no Hikari then! You might relate to the female lead, she's totally like Sakura, except a lot worse hehehe
And have to watch Legal high too! It's really funny~~ They were the most popular comedies of 2012 and 1013 in Japan :D Even my Japanese teacher loves them and he doesn't even like drama that much :3
And ParaKissu isn't that great. I've watched it just recently. The anime is a lot better. They say the manga is even better than the anime but I've never read it. the only good thing about the movie is Mukai Osamu <3 (in spite of some of the weird hats they made him wear) oh and Yamamoto Yusuke too, of course heheh
And btw, I'm in Brazil. It's always really hot down here in January x___x

hahaha I'm in the south hemisphere so it's summertime here :)
hmmm Aragaki yui is the main female lead in legal High, Keitagawa Keiko was the lead of Paradise Kissu (but she's already done a lot of comedies), Ayase Haruka is Hotaru from Hotaru no Hikari, though she is probably more famous for Jin. Have you seen any of those dramas? xD lol
And of course you know Shinohara Ryoko, she was Sakura in Last Cinderella! Oh she made me burst out laughing so many times on that one. When I started watching that one the fact that I knew before she would be Miura's girlfriend looking that sloppy really bothered me at first, but she won me over right from the start of on ep 1! She was really hysterical and a great actress :)

Hiya! I'm great today, thanks :3 What about you? I was away for a bit yesterday enjoying the last week of my summer break! they always end so quickly T_T
And yeaah!I love Yankumi too! she's the best!I love the actress as well, Nakama Yukie. She was also in Trick, which is another drama I love :3 and she was really funny in it, too. That's one thing I love about Jactresses, they're less afraid of making a fool out of themselves than the Korean ones so they're usually funnier :) but of course, that's just my opnion, there are great girl comedians in Korea as well. Like Shin Bong-Sun, I'm a big fan of hers :D
But there are so many more funny Japanese actresses that I can think of, like Ayase Haruka, Keitagawa Keiko, Aragaki Yui, they always crack me up! Oh yeah, and of course, Shinohara Ryoko was hillarious in Last Cinderella.
Hey, Chrisy, do you by any chances also watch anime? :)

Hiya, nii-san! I was away for a while yesterday :3
I never got the whole toku thing :x I used to watch it as a little kid but that was it. After growing up I could never enjoy it. Although there's a tokusatsu about a weird pervert guy who runs around in a SM outfit saving people and sexually harassing girls, that one seems to be funny in spite of all the weirdness. Do you know which one I'm talking about? Some friends showed me the trailler and I was horrified but at the same time amused by how absurd the whole thing was. I think I could give that one a shot, even though I don't remember the title anymore. hehe
I love historicak flicks, especially Chinese kung fu movies too :D
In fact I just marathoned historical chinese flicks with some friends last night, it was real fun. We saw Mulan and Red Cliff 1 & 2. Have you seen those yet? What are some of your fave Chinese movies? :33

Does anyone know where I can find understandable eng subs for this? All the subs I've tried til now are pretty good in the beginning but then from the middle to the end I can't make sense out of a single sentence...
On Red Cliff Jan 16, 2014
Title Red Cliff
Just watched this and it was pretty good! I just don't get it why Kaneshiro Takeshi is listed as supporting role... he has more screen time and also probably more lines than Tony Leung.

I'm actually a huge Kame fan, that's another commonality we have :) My goal is to watch all dramas he's eve made hahaha so yes, Sapuri is on my PTW. But still wanna watch Tokyo Bandwagon before Sapuri. It's his drama from last year, it got great reviews everywhere and the story seems pretty interesting :)
Yay! It's really cool that you have Legal High and Hotaru on your PTW :)
I'll add Ichi to mine too. Looking forward to seeing Ayase playing a bad-ass goze :)
Have you seen the 2003 Zatoichi movie(the directed by Kitano Takeshi)? I thought it was really cool :)

Hirofumi Araki? Really, testosterone oozing? well he must be a really good actor lol I mean....
http://i669.photobucket.com/albums/vv53/Kame-Sama/Araki Hirofumi/Araki010.jpg
Haven't seen anything with him yet. But speaking of Araki reminds me of Aragaki Yui, another actress I greatly adore <3 I really recommend Legal High. It's reeeeaally funny and she's adorable in it.
And no, I haven't seen Ichi yet, do you recommend it? DO I have to watch the whole movie series to understand it? Oh, is it also Kitano Takeshi's? I really liked Kitano Takeshi's Zatoichi :)
Out of Ayase Haruka's dramas I also recommend Hotaru no Hikari, it's really cute and funny! Still one of my fave comedies :33

Ohhh~ Jin's wife is an actress? and the plot thickens. hehehe I'll have to investigate that more throughly later on xD
She's really pretty :3
Speaking of pretty ladies, who are your favorite Japanese actresses? :D
I have to admit I'm a little bit gay for Ayase Haruka, she's so cute and funny ^_^ have you seen anything with her yet?
And today I started watching a drama with Ishihara Satomi and I couldn't get over how beautiful she is *__* (her character in the drama sucks though hahha)

oooh~~ haven't seen the one with the wine. I'll check it out, thanks :D yummy, Kame AND wine together? oh I'm so in ahhaha
Oh, on my PYW list there's also Sapuri, I've heard great comments on that one. People say Kame was great in it so I'm looking forward to watching it :3
And about Yokai Ningen Bem, I do admit it was Kame's look that made me get through it hahaha though at some point I started enjoying it. The ending was a little disappointing though, so heads up.
Gokusen, oh Gokusen, god bless you! hehehe I think they did some major scouting for hot boys for every season. Maybe they have a contract with the Johnny's Boys and just kept them coming. Wish they would never stop xD
Good night, Chrisy <3 Catch ya tomorrow :D thanks for chatting with me :3

Oh yeah! I really liked Nana's OST! I think I got addicted to every single opening theme as I was watching the anime! :) I really like that singer who was supposed to be the girl from the big visual kei band whose name I forgot :x shame on me...
The girls who sang as Nana was pretty good too, I really liked her voice, it sounded different from most japanese female voices, which is great for a change. However the Engrish bothered me a bit. Her pronouciation wasn't even the worst, the lyrics just made me cringe ahhaha
ANd heel yeah! One pound gospel is on my PTW list :))) It's been sitting here on my hard drive actually, just waiting to be watched :D
You've seen the drama yet?

So back on Kame! For the visuals I just have to mention Yokai Ningen Bem, I totally thought I'd hate it, it's supposed to be a kids' show, but it's not bad :) and Kame looks gorgeous in a weird way. It's kinda an anime-ish less conventional look. If you wanna take a peek: http://mydramalist.com/forum/showthread.php?769-Discussion-Kamenashi-Kazuya-a.k.a.-Kame&p=358293&viewfull=1#post358293
Recently I've also seen his newest film Ore, Ore. It's really strange, well it's a Sato Miki movie, from that you should get the picture. But it was a different acting style, it was interesting to watch Kame pull away from his comfort zone :) I liked the movie in spite of it's crazy story. And I'm not even saying that just cause I'm biased haha
And lastly I really wanna see his drama from last year, Tokyo Bandwagon.Dunno why I haven't started yet D:
Sorry for the crazy long Kame rant. It's over now <3

haha are you sure you want me to talk about Kame? Everything is not gonna fit in just one comment xD
My first Kame drama was Yamato Nadeshiko. I watched the opening before starting the drama and since I had already seen the anime I was like "Why did they cast this guy as Kyohei??" In the anime he's supposed to be this incredibly hot guy and I didn't understand on the opening. But as I decided to give the drama a try I fell in love with him heheh ^^; this drama has definitely been one of my fave Kame's ever since. And of course there's also Nobuta wo Produce (where he teams up with Yamapi, oh the bliss! hehe) that's just a huge classic!
But my fave Kame comedy is One Pound Gospel, that not a lot of people has seen it seems. It's a bit underrated, i thought it was pretty funny in spite of the sloppy plot in some parts. ~~ to be continued lol
