Not really interested in Song Han’s villain story. His story should have just ended already. The character and…
His villain story doesn't even make much sense because everyone he could blame is dead. It's literally just his father's mistakes that screwed him over.
Check out Kisskh. They've been giving us two. I pay for IQIYI but for some reason Kisskh is uploading more per…
Interesting lol this is actually the first time I've experienced IQIYI not being up to date but that's probably because the ones I've watched while airing were ones where IQIYI was the official platform
Episode 25, when Song Mo said he wanted to spend his remaining time with her was a nice change of pace and a good attitude. In a lot of the other dramas I've seen—* cough cough* I'm looking at you, Story of Pearl Girl—the male leads are all like, "Nah, I don't want her to see me die, so I'm going to abandon her," which I honestly hate. Good on you, Song Mo!
Really good until ep 35 where it went downhill. ML created a drama for no reason as continuing being happy with…
I'm almost to the breakup scene and dreading five episodes of them being divorced. The breakup probably will bring my rating down from an 8.5 to an 8 as well. Honestly, I feel like they often put the breakups in and it doesn't even fit their characters. Based on how Shen Du is with her while they're together, up until the breakup he talks things out with her and is reassuring. It doesn't make that much sense and it seems they almost never do.
I just finished the 1st episode and it's meh. There's nothing likeable about the female lead's character so far…
The insane part is that they cut part of her up while she's alive and then they cooked that part of her. The FL is all like "Yeah, her meat don't taste good because she's sad and needs love" and then flip back to the part where the mermaid forgives her husband after her sells her to be eaten....

Yeah, I think having seen other high quality dramas this one is hard to watch. Also, after watching Fangs of Fortune and the themes about demons/beasts having human thoughts and feelings and then seeing the FL in this drama still talk about eating the mermaid after seeing her in human form, it doesn't sit right with me. Eating rare mythical beasts is such a contrast to the humanization/compassion for beasts/demons in most of the other dramas I've seen. Like, I can't imagine Tian Yao (from Back from the Brink) being okay with this restaurant. Zhao Yuanzhou probably wouldn't be down with it nor would Mu Ziqi.
Is anyone feeling this? I’m putting it away for now; it’s very bright.
I just finished the 1st episode and it's meh. There's nothing likeable about the female lead's character so far either. I might watch a few episodes and if it's still meh I'll drop it
