Just watched that movie they were talking about in ep 10 and the cardigan scene happens at 37:00 and he probably went to the exact moment they started watching the movie so Dahae and her uncle had like 40 minutes and it was enough (I think)
And it made me realize that he can go back in time to the exact moments he considered these memories as happy ones. He doesn't have control.
this is really good guys, I just binged 8 eps last week, and now this week, a little disappointed in ep 10, like…
The outfit he had when he went back to the moment to tell Dahae where Ina was and looked at her affectionately was the same as he was wearing when he was looking at the lake where Dahae "went missing" and was being miserable. So I guess it isn't that much important to analyze.
"I want him to be alive and miserable rather than happy and dead" is the main point of episode 10 and I find it QUITE INTERESTING. It is extremely selfish and self-centered for Dahae even if she did it "for Gwiju" in everyone's eyes. She is self-hating. She doesn't think someone would sacrifice themselves for her sake or love her sincerely because she never experienced it. Imagine your first warm memory of your childhood is when a stranger bought you some dessert. It shows itself in her conversation with her mom in ep 9. She wanted to stay with her foster mom because she wanted to feel loved by her even if she was her dead daughter's substitute. But she still stays with her after realizing she will not feel that love because she is self-hating.
To be honest there are still a lot of points we can talk about Dahae's psychology and character. It's been a while since I saw a kdrama female lead that complex and grey.
Tbh she told him to watch the movie. And he did. He was gonna watch it till he figured the cardigan's color so…
To see the exact scene the photo was taken and not miss it, he should have gotten back to the moment they started watching it. It only took like 10-15 minutes for Dahae and her uncle to set up everything anyway she wasn't worried+ they tied the car with a rope at first so the car wouldn't fall and he would be safe when he returned.
And you are right abt the last part but I guess he was just so happy he didn't think something like this would happen twice.
I was just looking for something cute and chill. Saw this on Netflix and decided to give it a try...I LOVE IT. Almost finishing it now, and I haven't gotten bored a bit. The side characters are fun too. But I feel kinda bad for Hayeul... Imagine just being a child and being surrounded by alcoholic aunts & mom to the point when they ask you if you can buy whatever you want . what do you want to buy and you buy a hangover tonic...
Just look at her filmography man. Just one drama that's below 8 in MDL and it was when she literally started her…
It is mostly herself because other than her first projects and Law School, she got all these roles through auditons or the directors themselves wanted her. She said she joined the audition for Sweet Home because she loved the webtoon. AOS director wanted her specially to join the drama because of her Sweet Home acting. She got Hospital Playlist spin off through audition too. She got Hunt because Lee Jung Jae watched Sweet Home and was mesmerized with her acting. She got Moving with audition too.
Wang Go, (the former king of Goryeo, the uncle of Wang Yo who was one of Yeon Cheol's men) was not seen after the episode they met Jokho. He just got lost after Yeoncheol said he didn't need him anymore. But in the first episode's opening, he was seen in Nyang's coronation. But in ep 50's coronation scene, he was not there. They really didn't know what to do with him lmao
