I was a lazy person back then and didn't care about rating here in MDL until L&R. Just to rate this amazing drama…
You took the words straight from my heart! I also didn’t and still don’t care much about ratings and such, never bothered to open any such account like mdl, but Love and Redemption is my only soft spot/exception. Ahaha!

Why did the Rating drop so much
Mdl had a system update so all dramas dropped in ratings. There are no drama over 9 points now it seems.

Oh, I'm not the only one who felt this way! I had to drop the drama midway because the chemistry was very lacking between the leads. It's one of the first times I actually felt more attracted to the SML. The production and IU's outfits were breathtaking though.

I think most people have vented out their frustration enough and are coming to terms that the new ranking algorithm is not going anywhere. Including myself - first few days were super frustrating. To be honest, I don’t look at mdl ratings quite the same anymore. We can just continue to share our love for this drama and discuss it with fellow fans. :)

I noticed that many of the active users are kdrama fans. So kdramas usually have tons of watchers compared to other country dramas. I’m sure that Some people create an account to rate or give a review to that one drama they really loved and then leave. I wonder, is there a rule that a Mdl user must create a watch list and must actively comment to have their review or rating counted?
