Haeins press conference was taken done by mad woman Moh seul hee. I don't know 😅 if the press video got to…
As the drama was supposedly written in the 2010s, maybe it might have been possible that PJE didn't get to change it and then left it as it is.

I'm only on EP3...Does it still surpass CLOY? judging by the comments, I guess not.
It surpasses the ratings and chemistry of CLOY, but it still couldn't beat it in terms of how well CLOY was written. At least there were fewer tropes in CLOY, while QOT is riddled with tropes in the last quarter.

Why Hyein ticked by eunsong like this? She said that she watched all the news. Didnt she saw her video? She was…
Actually, I don't even understand the whole love story of Soo Cheol and Da Hye. I don't know why he loves her so much even after being betrayed, experiencing the worst betrayal of all when she slept with another man and had his baby while passing it off as Soon Cheol's. For me, maybe their happy ending would have been them going their separate ways and Soo Cheol finding a woman who loves him as much as he loves her.

Yes, I'm kinda new to them too, so I'm lucky to have only watched the good and recent ones. But even then, the dramas released in the past 2-3 years were very good with enough plot and budget to make everything look as real and organic in progression as possible.

Xianxia are fantasy-based Cdramas where there is reincarnation, immortality, tragic love stories, betrayal, and very cool CGI battles. Yes, most Cdramas have 40 episodes, but xianxia and historical dramas have so much content to follow that sometimes they feel short. They honestly appeal more to me now after having been hurt by those idiotic tropes and traumas in the Kdramas.

Soo frustrating! Most people are all tired of the story! Yes, if it's just well written it easily soared more…
Actually, the problem viewers had with "Start Up" was that in the beginning, there were two male leads who were shown to be vying for the female lead's attention, but in the second half, Kim Seon Ho, the second male lead who was perfect in every sense, wasn't chosen by the female lead. Instead, she chose Nam Joo Hyuk, who had cheated in his exams and had problems with his self-confidence and self-esteem due to the trauma of his cheating. So, most of the viewers were hating on Nam Joo Hyuk and the writer when it was perfectly clear at the start that Nam Joo Hyuk is the male lead and will get the female lead. Honestly, I couldn't care less, but isn't it the female lead's choice for whom she chooses rather than who loved her more?

Oh wow a kdrama with promising start falling apart in last third. Who would have guessed ?Guess I'll really have…

Oh it was covered up by that mad woman Moh seul hee so the article has nothing about Haeins speech rather they…
When the company is as big as Queen's Group seems to be, it is normal for a important press conference to be attended by international reporters. I also thought that perhaps the press conference would have more significance than just showing how Hae In has a firm will and will never back down from Eunseong's threats. But maybe I was overthinking it. 🤔

Your review is good. Everything you said was correct, except for me, their chemistry was very good and explosive. I was still enjoying it until episode 13 because at least the story was less tropey and riddled with plot holes. But now, I'm just watching it for all the technical staff who worked on the drama, like the actors and directors, because the writer is pulling out every plotline and trope that she can think of out of her hat just so that she can shock the viewers and achieve high ratings.

Is it really possible to remove every video of the press conference from the internet? I believe there were many international reporters present who could have published the video. While she may be able to use her power and influence to remove the video in Korea, I doubt it's possible for every other country.

You can’t really call this a “bad” script just because the characters are suffering. A “bad” script…
Actually, it has become a bad script after ep 13 because the way the writer is pulling stupid tropes and plot lines out of nowhere, even though she knows she wouldn't be able to fit them in the last 4 episodes. She should have properly adjusted the balance in the drama so that the plot felt cohesive without cramming everything suddenly in the last quarter of the drama. I like character suffering, but only when the payoff is good. In this drama, the leads are suffering for the whole drama only to get relief in the last few minutes of the final episode. Even after today's episodes, we have so many questions but only have 1 ep left. It would have been good if there were 2-3 more episodes left to properly conclude everything, but we don't have that. And I believe we will only get a last-minute happy ending where villains get punished because of their stupidity, not because the leads are smart.

again warning ya , happy ending nhi hui to "inki amma behen pe aa jaunga mai" 😶
Agar happy ending nahi hui, toh woh mere liye ek sabse bada plot twist hoga, kyunki drama wahi indicate kar raha hai ep 12 ke baad.

There exist King the eternal monarch , jirisan, sweet home which were badly written too.
I actually liked "The King: Eternal Monarch" because the writer was doing something different with the plot. The plot was very complicated and unique, but it failed to come to a proper conclusion and missed the mark. However, it's still one of my favorites. Also, the villain there was so menacing and cunning. The drama failed for many because the execution of such a complex plot was not good.

The actors made the script work at most But just like Park Sunghoon said "I couldn't not stop saying wow to the…
Where is the plot twist after episode 12? For me, after that, the drama became very predictable, as it has been done many times in other dramas. Maybe if they had shown Hyunwoo when Hae In woke up in the hospital, that would have been a better plot twist than whatever she is trying to force right now.

Try watching MLFTS and LOTBS because they are much more sincere in their storytelling and aren't as half-baked as this drama, maybe they can be your cup of tea.

now all the messy plot points in the 2nd half of QueenOfTears make sense. it's written back in 2010.
Or maybe she didn't get someone to copy the script from like she did for CLOY. 😜

Well because of the ending it's not bad it's just because we are down to the last ep and people want the leads…
I also watched "Call It Love" and loved it, but at least that drama was advertised as a melodrama and had a proper cohesive story. Meanwhile, "QOT" was advertised as a romcom regarding the miraculous journey of the leads finding their love again during a crisis. If they wanted to add melodrama, they should have advertised it as such because the happy moments of the leads are much lower compared to other dramas. The villains are always winning, while the leads are getting stuck in one problem after another without any proper resolution. The writer has added every trope, stupid plot lines, corporate shenanigans, last-minute shocks for the sake of it, just so she can get high ratings, only depending on the actors without considering how stupid the plot is getting. After watching the first 12 episodes, I thought this drama would be a solid 9 or 10 for me, but after that, it seriously became a hodgepodge of different genres where nothing is complementing each other.

So is it true the boy is not Seo Cheol’s son? I haven’t watched ep 15.
It was already confirmed in ep-9 or 10, I think

hyunwoo is one of the best kdrama male leads ever. he changes completely and becomes extremely competent later…
After ep-3, he really starts changing for the better.

Everyone do you remember the Epilogue scene where Hyunwoo recorded himself What if Hyunwoo dies?😭🤲
I hope he does, because then the writer will surely get her highest TV rating that she was trying achieve by introducing so many tropes just for shock value😂.
