junyoung’s acting is truly out of this world, all the subtle shifts and microexpressions are not something everyone could pull of, but he does it so well it gives me genuine goosebumps!!

I’m a little confused about why some viewers interpret their relationship as BL. I see it much more as two artists…
beautifully put!! honestly i see where you're coming from, but everything you pointed out can just as easily be the foundation of a romantic connection, no?

The pianist can't be his dad
yeah but he can still be his dad even if they haven't met before. jeongyo's mom was a pianist so maybe her and the teacher knew each other and had something in the past.

People are so sex starved that they will interprete a stare as yearning, jeez, Pi O thought JY was dead and is…
damn everyone's so strict asf nowadays, can't even ship two characters without people making it weird. why does shipping two characters automatically mean we're sex-starved and only interested in seeing them fuck? romantic relationships are about so much more than sex yk.

I think he probably also believes that Pi o could be involved as well? Even after 2 episodes i still can't tell…
him helping pio now could be part of a bigger plan. like maybe he's trying to build him up just to bring him down later...

i honest to god don't think we're supposed to cheer for jaein and pio's relationship. and if we are it's just plain bad writing because they're not even trying to build any meaningful connection or romantic chemistry between them.

IF THIS HAPPENS I’M THROWING MY PHONE, MY WIFI AND MY DIGNITY OUT THE WINDOW 😃😃😃 this not being BL…
GOOD LORD SAMEEEEE you can’t have these two behaving the way they do and then BOOM they’re brothers or some shit

i just think it’s so sus the way the teacher reacted when pio confronted him about his “favoritism” a few eps ago. like ugh he gotta be someone’s dad

i already know they’re not giving us jeongpio but man i’ll be really upset if they turn out to be blood-related. i do think the pianist teacher might be jeongyo’s dad thooooo

Title Four Hands, Two Sonatas Spoiler
i really love these mind games jeongyo is playing!!!

i had a theory jeongyo only remembered fragments of his past instead of the full picture because then it would make perfect sense for him to hate and believe pio was behind/or at least aware of everything but his conversation with his friend kinda disproves it. plus he also remembers the good moments like when they’re children and pio helping him get over his stagefright.

i’m just struggling to understand why he would think pio is involved if that’s the case. there’s also a possibility that he’s simply resentful because pio benefited the most from it while jeongyo himself lost everything. and because he said they’re not close after everything he’s done for him and did not even acknowledge jeongyo’s role in his performance (which def adds to the resentment and actually might plant a seed of doubt about pio’s true involvement………….)

he def suspects the mom so he’s either 1) getting closer to the family to uncover the truth or 2) using pio to get back at his mom. his reaction in the scene where the mom thanks him for helping pio with his slump tells me it might be the 2nd option. his initial plan was most likely to make pio fail their collab but oncr pio came to him for help he offered genuine advice soooooooo

maaaan it’s confusing
