I feel people are more angry as they were betrayed by the writer. Everyone had high hopes from his character and the writer hyped it even more leading to higher excitement. There are far worse smls but the downfall in his characterisation is what pissing the majority. The writer deserves all the flak for her misleading statement. Just feel sad that the actors will have to face the consequences. This drama was going in the right direction
It's annoying how they are using the "different writer for first 15 ep" rumour to bring negativity leading to people wanting to drop the drama😑. Sorry but if we have 40 episodes of nonstop fluff it would get very boring.

He is gentle looking as a gentle because he lived quietly most of his life conflict free without any outside contract in dragon valley. Even by dragon's standard he is pretty young. Infact the first woman he ever met was Suying.
Honestly, the questions for the first trial were really lame, they could have easily succeeded with a little luck…
Maybe because yanhui never met her parents and not sure abt the reason why she was abandoned so it didn't hurt her. And the time she spent in the sect it seems she was treated with affection be it by her master or Zichen. Same goes for TY who had an entire clan with him. He has trust issues related to love /women only. He had the 2nd uncle as a friend too.
Meanwhile BXS was directly lied to by his mom. And not only that he was shunned by his entire clan. He had no one to trust while growing up. So i don't think it is right to measure their pasts with the same scale.
For example had yanhui confessed to BXS instead of TY in dragon valley, he would have accepted it easily but TY didn't because his trauma is different from that of BXS.
Having rewatched the last couple of minutes especially their face off i kind of hate BXS a bit less. It was TY who first said "stop making excuses" when BXS was explaining that why it is difficult for him to trust people as he has abandonment issues. It may seem he is trying to score pity points but we don't get to judge how one responds to tragic incidents . Even YH explained it to him that he was not wrong. BXS felt as if TY belittled his trauma and thus ended up mentioning his dismemberment. I know was being too cruel but he is a type of a person who gives it 10 times back.
When did YH become a bit dumb not knowing how the water in the lake is heated? And BXS playing victim and trying…
Because he said the water will become a bit better after a while although it was a lie and he was using his powers. Isn't it normally the case too . Like when we enter a bathtub after some time the water starts to feel comparatively warmer. It's just that this spring is magical so the water remains always cold .

Although i hate the miscommunication tropes, my favourite genre is still Enemies to lovers. And i am a sucker for angst /redemption. That's why kind of impressed with the way i am obsessed with this drama.
But recently i came across a trailor of another youku drama that will give me major betrayal/revenge/ angst arcs in the plot. Too bad it's yet to air.
I just need TY and YH together NOW! My heart is breaking every time TY gets all sad abt her wanting to be apart…
They are getting there. Starting from scratch. It's satisfying to see TY tend to her whims. I am just glad she is not afraid of him anymore. Rest our boy with his sincerety will handle it

I took it as a general advice since dragon didn't confess he likes her. But the 2nd uncle figured out and asked him to not hold back. Also Bxs and yh was pretty much obvious, even the guards thought they were a couple
