Overall, I liked it too, but seriously (wtf). Not just all of that, this stupid girl waited five years to tell him she wants him back. Why did he apologize as if the breakup was his fault? This was a crazy drama, so many things didn't make sense.

This is sensationalism at it's best. I cannot wrap my head around any of the FL's choices.

This is exactly how best friends wind up taking the others husband. They are first on the outside looking in. It is a hard thing to judge when you have not walked a mile in her shoes. I have seen this scene up close and personal too many times. Some men do not want (the hard life) to grow up they want what's easy. So when the care free easy girl comes along and strokes his ego. He is off to the races, so to speak. I agree that couples should not cross a line when speaking and she went overboard. After carrying the load for so long she was embarrassed too.

Yet he does not understand why his wife is a workaholic. Wow!

So, I did fast forward a little. That is because I have seen so many dramas over last few years, and a lot of writers have run out of creative material. Thus, I will FF through some of the cliche moments. Also, I said it was a good watch not a great watch.

I am on episode 6 and I really like this so far, but the Nanshan Hunters seem to be out manned, out gunned (weapon of choice) and out maneuvered. Shouldn't they be a bit better to defeat monsters?

I don't know, I think the woman power was overkill and unrealistic. Women would never get away with some things in the drama. Some of it was funny and not funny. Also I thought the pink make-up was so overdone and gaudy. Also the Asians and the hotpot and the drinking enough already. Just to add I don't mind the women cross dressing as long as it is not the entire drama, but no more body swapping. Their doing too much!

It was a good watch. Don't avoid.

I never understood how Prince Daun knew what they were doing before hand. Can you explain this? Was he a transmigrator too?

They did kill off a lot of what I thought were important people. So, I know what you mean.

Thank you for your comment; however, it went too far. In case you did not know, BL dramas and themes are inserted everywhere. these days. Also, for China to have banned them there are doing a poor job of monitoring the ban. With that being said, "Love is Love, no matter who. In America, no, I am not used to men touching so casually, (period) and I was not used to seeing it in Chinese asian dramas either. Sorry, I got a little heated for a moment as I thought you were being mean.

I loved your take on this drama; it was right on point. I am so tired of the ML that does not know any martial arts troupe; it is getting way old. It was not bad, but there were a lot of plot holes.

So in comparison, I think The Double is way better. This is not as intricate, detailed, or clever. That being said, this is an okay watch for me. Bai Lu and Wang Xing Yue are such a beautiful pairing, so it is easy to get caught up in their characters. This does drag on a little. Please watch it and let me know if you liked it or not. I want to know if we have the same opinion.
