Isn't it a little unrealistic to think that babies come from swords or cultivation? Isn't it also known that to increase cultivation, you must increase (Yin and Yang)? Also, for the next generation to be born, there must have been some romance. Perhaps the director could be a little better with the chemistry, but it is what it is. Plus, it sells. I watch these dramas that have no romance, and I am like, (What the hell). I am just saying.

I am back and forth between "The Blood of Youth", "Dashing Youth". and "Blood River". I have become captivated by the storyline and characters. I have to say that of the three, I find the casting of characters and the cinematography best in "Dashing Youth," especially in the first few chapters. The actor who plays Su Mo Yu captures the essence of who he is in the first scene. I like Simon Gong, but I am not fascinated with him like his fans. I don't think he did Blood River justice.

Does anybody know if there is a drama about (Wushaung), the child prodigy? What happens to him?

I just started watching, and you said it perfectly. I thought the wire work and CGI were clumsy at best. They needed to work on the air time and landings. Some scenes were too dark to cover up poor work. It could have been better. I thought Dashing Youth did a better job in that respect. I get you!

What IS SAB?

I found most of this story in (Dashing Youth) and it is explained well. Tian wi Tian is a state that was demolished and the people displaced in the past. The remnants of Tian wi Tian wanted to destroy Baili and rebuild Tian wi Tian. Wenjun and Ye Ding Zhi were lovers, living in Gusu village, who were tricked by some of the remnants of Tian wi Tian into leaving their home and child (Yi Anshi). YI Ding Zhi is said to have more internal power than most men. They were going to use his power to wake the old leader of Tian Wi Tian. There is a lot more to the story. I thought (Dashing Youth) although a bit slow at times, was a good watch.

In (Dashing Yourt) last two episodes: If I am not mistaken, (Ye anshi) is (Ye Dingzhi )'s son. Ye Dingzhi took over the people of Tian Wi Tian and became the leader. Once he died, Yi Anshi became leader. Baili Dongin sent Yi Anshi to live somewhere else for 12 years, then promised to send Yi Anshi back to the Tian Wi Tian people. I am not sure where Ye Anshi was sent.

What happened?

Just out of curiosity, what happened to the guy she was following when she first went through time? We could clearly see that it was a modern Lin Yan.

This Low-budget film, although bad, did have some bright spots. The ML is a constable assigned to the case. The FL is a servant girl accused of a crime, but who has detective skills and god like strength. The ML pretty much falls in love at first sight. There is FL's lost identity and murder cases to solve. This has a good storyline, but everything else is bad. The special effects are bad, the wirework is bad, and the production is bad. The love story is cute. Happy ending.
