1) Mim played my favourite character on Us (Nene), and it's looking like she might be playing my favourite character on Girl Rules as well (Praew). Despite making a living by taking erotic photos of women, Praew seems to be the most down-to-earth character on this show.
2) Love's stylists need a pay raise. She looks fantastic with that fiery red hair and those pop-punk princess clothes.
3) Having only seen them play "cute" couples on 23.5 and Whale Store xoxo, I'm pleasantly surprised to see MilkLove playing a "sexy" couple. I'm really excited to see them play another "cute" couple in Ditto this year, but I'm kinda hoping that they'll play another "sexy" couple next year.
4) Bonnie has arrived. Will Emi be showing up soon as well?
action scenes are hundred times better than Only You, where the bodyguard was wearing heals during fights.
Only You completely wasted Lingling's potential as an action heroine. I felt particularly bad for her during that scene where she had to carry an unconscious Orm while wearing high heels.
I just watched the first 2 episodes. This show could be my guilty pleasure of 2026.
As much as I love NamtanFilm and ViewMim, I think that MilkLove might be my favourite here. After seeing them as a cute couple on both 23.5 and Whale Store xoxo, I'm pleasantly surprised to see them playing a sexy couple here.
I don't like how they undermined the SA and I also didn't like the inconsistency with Din's character. I genuinely…
The whole "evil character who immediately gets forgiven" is the most annoying trope in these GL dramas, and after watching both Poisonous Love and The Earth, I'm growing concerned that it will become a staple of North Star dramas.
As soon as it was revealed that Kaew was the mole, I just rolled my eyes knowing that Din would ultimately forgive her, no matter what hell she put her and Rose through. The only thing that Kaew is sorry for is that she got caught, and the only reason why she ultimately helped Din and Rose was because they had more than enough evidence to put her in jail for a long time. It sickens me that Din forgave her, invited her to her wedding, and more than likely paid for her hospital bills.
Kaew betrayed Din, nearly got her killed by fire and a gunshot wound, tried to drug and rape her, and tried to get rid of Rose by sentencing her to a life of rape and torture by Wasu... and then of course she was forgiven. It annoyed the hell out of me when Din claimed that Kaew's sinister behaviour was somehow *HER* fault. Honestly, if I were Din, I probably would have beaten her to death in that bedroom, and Fai wouldn't have been able to pull me off of her in time.
Between Prem's parents on Poisonous Love and Kaew on The Earth, North Star have now proven that they are notoriously bad at doing "redemption" arcs. For me, both of these shows would have been 10/10 if these disgusting characters had actually gotten what they deserved.
I liked this show plot wise, it was cute. But the pacing was off due to the writing. I feel like the last ep especially…
I agree. It was cute, and it had some funny moments, but the pacing was terrible. Basically nothing happened during the first 5 episodes, aside from the fact that Jane spent the first 3 falsely believing that Dai hated her. Their relationship didn't seem to gain any momentum until episode 6, and then too much got crammed into the final 2 episodes.
I liked Cake and Wai, but the rest of the supporting cast was so dull that I didn't even bother to learn any of their names.
need a frnds who cry with me when I'm in sad situation, like how prem have tan, sita and bowwwwwwđ«
It's too bad that none of them encouraged Prem to grow a spine and stand up to her awful parents. Sure, they were all upset, but it's not like any of them were motivating her to fight for her love and happiness with Pat.
Episode 9 completely ruined Prem's character for me. She chose her abusive, manipulative, bigoted parents over…
Here's an even creepier thought: If Pat didn't have her car accident/heart attack, she probably would have gotten on the plane and left Thailand.
To appease her own parents, Prem probably would have gone through her arranged marriage, and she more than likely would have ended up becoming just like her mother.
