"Chose a bad man", "Chose a bad woman." It how things work and will never, ever be changed unless a dictator forces men and women to stay together in that way.

Things like this happen. It was a hit in Japan but scanlators either don't receive enough requests to do anything about it or they themselves haven't heard of it or are not interested.
Take a look at the Major series. The shounen baseball one. The manga is horribly scanlated, spottily finished and the sequel is trying it's best with training wheels but everyone I know who watched Major, loved the shit out of it. It's just how these things work, especially when there is a huge language barrier.
Usually the biggest barrier is--weirdly enough--the scanners. The raw scanners, I mean. Think about it. People take their paid for manga (which manga is pretty messed up expensive) and if they want a quality scan they need a $900 scanner or more plus they need to remove the binding and pretty much destroy the manga. If they want quality that is, sometimes you get the cowards who post up shitty scans. Those are fun to read /sarcasm.
