whenever i think about the fact that goong will get a remake i get scared bc most modern takes suck. can already see my boy shin be turned into a nice, perfect and bland guy. they'll ruin his character development

When character development and personalities still existed in (most) Kdrama. Nowadays they're so dry

They're slowburn and I love that. A lot of drama nowadays rush things where they start dating in the first 2 eps or are already married

Whilst I was glad that Minha got her guy I kinda wished we could've seen Suk Hyung chasing her or being jealous before they got together

even the nicest person on the plant isn't perfect and flawless we all have our quirks

Yeah don't think this is getting a sequel, the writers are working on a new drama

Finished it and it wasn't bad, loved the tension and the chemistry btw the leads and the fact that she didn't pick the bland unrealistic nice guy (humans aren't perfect and can learn) BUT my main beef is that the ML development was hella rushed and we learned nothing about him.

Eyo she picked the interesting ML and not the bland nice guy that a lot of pick in drama nowadays? Time to start this

Honestly I'm fine with nice gus too as long as they are somewhat interesting and at least have some flaws. Prince Charmings just don't feel real to me and I'm not surpised by the poor ratings romance dramas have nowadays. They're dry af. I can't find any with an interesting ML lately

No but I honestly love how most of the couples were slowly build up and given time to develop. Really missing that in a lot of Kdramas nowadays.

I love all but think Wintergarden is too affectionate suddenly if I make sense? Thought we slowly see them transition into a couple.

It's been over a year and still no confirmation..

They get stamped as the nice guy and that's it for the next 16 eps. I'd rather see him develop into it instead of it being all he is and having no character progress whatsover.

Also what happened to romance build up and slowly realising the feelings ..
