I watch Shanghai international festival movie, there one scene of interaction that the Male Leader (wu lei) makes…
Thank you for clarifying the ‘Aye’ word for us! Much appreciated from a Chinese native. Most of us don't understand Chinese so it's a bit difficult to make out what they are saying.
He doesn't like it lol. But he only seen American tv shows and movies and like two k dramas, so this is VERY different for him. The costumes, the context and the historical content is very new to him. It almost like a culture shock for him. He's doesn't understand any of the political stuff and he feels like it very heavy on it. A lot of scenes that we're amazed by, he doesn't understand it and missed the importance of it. But he LOVES A'Dou! He really like the cuji ball game and was blown away by the suicide of Gongsun Heng. I don't think he's going to finish it. But I'm really happy he at least tried, I know Asian dramas are very different from what Americans people are used to.

I’m not sure if it’s the same video we’re talking about, but if it’s the same one I’m thinking about, I don’t understand how you took that offensively? He didn’t seem to be rude or mean at all. He looked like he got startled and confused and by that time someone else came to redirect that lady. The “EW” sound you were referring too sounded to me like it was a startled sound that came out when he was startled. It looked like that lady shouldn’t have been there, because someone else came to redirect her to somewhere else. So maybe he was a bit confused of what was happening? His expressions did not look like he was upset or irritated to me. Not sure what feminists right have to do with this, but im all for and a huge supporter for feminist rights and I was not offended when I saw this video. But all and all we are all humans and we all do have some bad days, I genuinely feel like leo is a sweetheart and it’s not an act just for the camera. So if you did take that video offensively and thinks he was being rude, I hope you can give him another chance, as I’m sure his reaction wasn’t meant to personally hurt that lady.
Aright guys, after many weeks of trying to convince my American friend to watch TLB, he started it, and than a couple of days later texted me and said "holy shit, that cuji ball game is like quidditch on steroids!" Lol. That it was funny so I had to share.
Ah welcome back bri bri!! I miss ya so much!! And absolutely her fate was forever tied when she accepted that…
I think episode 4, When she was trying to escape from tang, and she ask ASun for a ride out of town. That's where he gave her a hard time with wanting the dagger.
Please someone help me understand the ending between the sun and chan ge ? What the hell was that suppose to mean?
For some people it felt open ended, which makes sense since the manhua is not finished. But some say that it’s a happy ending for them. So I guess it’s up for interpretation. If you remember the scene after she got rescue from the fire, she told general Lang and Hao Du that she wanted people to think she’s dead, so she can be free from responsibilities and politics. She also mentioned that she’s going back to the grassland. ASun is from the grassland, so one can assume that she went back to the grassland with ASun. Many theories out there but one big one is that basically Changge is now free and roaming grassland with no worries, ASun is probably still Teigin and maybe just came back from war. Changge was probably waiting for him and he released the Eagle to let her know that he’s home. Or that he released the eagle to let her know he’s watching over her and he’s getting ready to head into war. Either way, we can assume that it’s a happy ending for them, but unfortunately we didn’t get to see them in the same frame. But they both were definitely in grassland together.
oh.. it's hard to remember these for someone who hasn't even completed her first viewing yet... i know you started…
Ahahaha, yes! You should have, I wouldn’t have been so alone. I was like this is some BS. I swear I’m TLB biggest fan ever! I swear! LOL. The most disappointing one for me was when I couldn’t answer the ASun’s hair question. I was so devastated. I’m in LOVE with his hair, talks about it all the time, have photos of it and I STILL couldn’t answer that one. *whaaaaaa*
Where the dagger of the grassland was put in CG's hands in the first time.. her fate was already tied with grassland…

What do you think ASun purpose was when ask for it back from Changge? He told her that he just wanted to give her a hard time, but was that really the reason?
We study something else XD
