I think the title "grandfather", "great great grandfather", etc. were honorifics because he's been a member of the family/the family has been taking care of him for 100 years vs actual heritage.
"Moreover, if you are a hugger or loves hugging, this bl is for you. There are several hug scenes and felt so intimate that make you want more in your life." You are so so right! I definitely felt the attraction, chemistry, and intimacy.
Thanks so much for responding! I have seen all of the fall out from his recent tweets and took me back to some memories of him even pre-Tharntype that I must have blocked lol.
i don't know much about mew other than what he's been in - is there a reason it's disappointing like you don't like him personally/there's some controversy or just don't like the pairing? thanks!
im really curious about yunho as main lead and san, jongho, seonghwa as supporting roles
I've only read a few chapters of the comic but so far Yunho's character seems very in-character for Yunho so I think he'll come off very naturally. I'm the most interested in Jongho's character.
(let me breathe for a minute after seeing your ning profile pic...just finished it so i'm still emotional about him!) who were the parallels? I didn't catch it.
for the rest of the series i skipped any of that weird hetero mess (because it was a hot mess) and the rest felt very wholesome. i kept waiting for the main couple to have a dramatic break-up like every other damn BL series...but they were committed and supportive until the end! The trope rich/controlling dad or the typical throwing a girl in for a jealousy storyline barely touched the couple and that is...so rare in any series I've seen!
It should come with a disclaimer that if you enjoyed the first season DON'T WATCH THIS ONE!
In season one, the chemistry between the main couple + budding romance with the second couple + their amazing friendship as a group...the synergy (not sure what word to use...maybe just chemistry again)...made me feel so good and truly light-hearted. I have watched again when I needed a serotonin boost.
In the second season...they decided to tear them all apart so all the magic was lost. Only thing I liked about second season was very end of last episode when they were all back together again in the movie theater and parking garage....because BIG SURPRISE...they gave us what we came for from season one. It was so disappointing.
