This is one of the dramas where I understand why people dislike it, but still love it myself because for some unexplainable reason it is just too interesting and too fun to stop.
She promised him to wish for the end of the world, in return he will let her die without pain and has another…
Her wish for the world to end when she saw the shooting star was genuine, that's what caught his attention, however, when she agreed to his condition she was pressured by that sudden truck that would take her life. She wasn't ready to die yet, and she didn't think any further. After reflecting on what promise she agreed on, she realized that who she loves the most would die then anyway. She said in episode 6 that there is no reason why she wants to live, she just wants to live happily. But to live she can't wish for the end of the world, and how could she wish to stay alive knowing it was in exchange for a loved one. I hope that answered your questions, feel free to ask more. At least, this is how I understood it.
i think only way out is SIG turning human.. and all is foreshadowing. . with PBY giving him name of a humanThe…
Yes, you're right. There is quite a lot of foreshadowing for the ending or for a wish he develops for himself ..... Why is the aunt shady? I thought it would just show how difficult it is to cope with their mother's death when the identical twin aunt was then to take care of them. The mother is dead, and yet they keep seeing her face as if she was still alive.
No. Personally, it started off well, but it becomes extremely draggy and predictable after the 20th episode. It's not the worst drama but also nothing I'd ever recommend. I just feel very disappointed after such a promising start.
No matter how I look at it, the ending is going to make me cry. I just don't see the possibility of a happy ending. It's going to be something super bitter-sweet and still make this drama perfect, but it's gonna be just sad.
Question : As said, if TDK loves MM & "indirectly" kills him, then she'll stay alive. How's that possible? Since…
She promised him to wish for the end of the world, in return he will let her die without pain and has another wish she can fulfil in her remaining days. However, if she breaks her promise to wish for the end of the world, and instead wishes to stay alive he'll then kill the person she loves the most.
Looking back on it, this was terrible. The female lead is super naive, there was really no reason to even like him tbh, the male lead treats her horrible pretty consistently. Most of the cast was also very annoying.
Personally, I think a lot of dramas suffer from just being too long. I was really in love with this, but I'm struggling to keep my interest since ep 23.
super funny and like True Beauty I love that you can see that it is a webtoon adaptation
