It's just too long. Too many unnecessary scenes and characters and backstories, it's just ... felt like the drama tried to be everything and nothing at the same time. I'm dropping it, sorry Johnny, I tried - I loved you in Love Designer, though.
The whole day I've been thinking about how LSC said he'd only date someone that's better than he at gaming and then IMMEDIATELY proposed a one-on-one battle to TY - either letting her win or fully knowing that she'd be able to beat him. And no matter the motive, I'm still giggling.

There is romance, but not between SoBin and SooHyun, and while there is a developing romance for Soo Hyun hinted, I quite of doubt that his story line will have any strong romantic measure.
I think the story overall is very nice, but the execution is where it lacks. First, I think this should've been a few episodes shorter and while I enjoyed an hour-ten long final episode, most of it was really unnecessary. And personally, I would've wished for something bitter at the end, because since everything ended up to be perfectly happy, without any remaining consequence, the whole story kind of feels pointless to me. While I know, the Deity said they did it just because, it's really not satisfactory to me. However, I'm quite sure that I wouldn't have been bothered by it, if the execution of the story line would've been better, if the plot had been crispier, and they had cut the whole amnesia plot out of it. And while I love Lee Sohyuk and quite enjoyed his flirty scenes, their whole love triangle story did not push the actual story further at all. Overall, my favourite character is still our Young Prince, I love that he is crushing on Dokyung, didn't expect it, but it does make sense, and I'm extremely happy with the addition of Saram and Hyungyu clicking immediately and becoming friends.
I think I'm going to drop this. It was fun initially, but not only are the subs pretty bad now, somehow I also just lost interest. Maybe I'll resume this when there are better subs.
Let's also praise Liang Je, she really does a phenomenal job with the little glances and the stoic face, that just fit so perfectly. In my honest opinion, I think she plays Jiang Yi better than Steven. :D
The younger brother being the main villain is kind of ... off-putting. With the older brother there has been hatred at least from the start. But now they want to tell me that he goes as far as to kill his brother because he felt like he was always in his shadow? Though, they both are very cute, this drama should've had fewer episodes and fewer side couples.
Finished the first episode, didn't have any impression at all so it was quite boring. Read the comments that it…
Honestly, same. It took me 3 tries to finish the first episode because if felt just so off. But it really does get better with ep 2 and 3, because now I'm really anticipating the next eps.

IMO, it was too long. This should've been an 18 ep drama max, there were too many side couples and the final conflict was just meh. The younger brother was just very unbelievable as the villain, and I honestly hate how everybody is forgiven at the end.
Anxin's father never learned that she really is his biological daughter, there was no final reconnection or even redemption for the father. Her stepmother was healthy enough to plot all this evil, but suddenly she falls ill when discovered - this woman should've gone to jail, too, didn't even apologize to Anxin. Xiner should've had a scene where she apologizes to Yu Gou, instead she promised her attempted murderer of three people and defrauder that she would wait for him. Also, where was her redemption? Just because she was suddenly acceptive of their relationship, doesn't mean I forgot about the obsessive shit she had done; also, no apology from her. She was only suddenly trapped in another obsession over a man.
There was no scene that could've convinced me that the father didn't prefer Ling Yue over his other brothers.
Heck, even the right-handed man of Ling Sheng, who did all the dirty work, was given a chance at the end. It's just too much.
Why can't people just live with a little resentment? The whole engagement party scene was too damn long, they really could've used some of that time to just patch up some relationships. I don't mean in a redemptive way, but more like a final took where it's determined whether they forgive each other or continue to hate each other. (Would've preferred the latest.)
Overall, it just a very basic drama, very cute but as much as I like the leads at some point there cuteness isn't bringing anything new to the table, and then the focus gets shared between several side couples that I just don't care about. I do appreciate, though, that Anxin and Ling Yue didn't have the typical break up scene at the end, their problems were really between them and not much over other influence.
