I absolutely agree. It's so incredibly racist and too many people here are really just gaslighting each other…
this is why I didn't bother explaining, because I told you the problems but you already chose for yourself that it wasn't racist. I've seen a lot of your comments trying to defend it, so really why ask when you don't want to see the problem. I told you if you care to know then you could read up on the topics and you could literally answer all your questions and you would realize who your "point of view" is wrong.

I've wrote enough comments just explaining what and why it's wrong and people will still just find some lame excuses why they don't see a problem. If you really care to know, you can either scroll down the comment section, there may not be a lot but at least a few other people who acknowledge the racism, or you can just educate yourself by googling Black stereotypes and cultural appropriation, blackfacing/blackfishing, oversexualization of Black people, colorism, tokenism, whitewashing, Uncle Tomfoolery, white vs black voices in topics of racism and gaslighting.
I love it, but it's still wrong how MY lured ST into her house and manipulated him, so KT would move in with her. she only offered ST the job so she could move KT into her house, she took advantage of him. period. it actually being a good opportunity is another topic.
Wtf is happening with the whole "Jamaican" friend?! Kinda racist
I absolutely agree. It's so incredibly racist and too many people here are really just gaslighting each other because there ignorant and they don't wanna see the problem for their entertainment.
I am in agreement - just finished - definitely strong start then it became draggy and a bunch of unimaginable…
same, I gave it 8.5 for my initial enjoyment alone. Also agree on FL getting dull. Her character went just from one cliché to another, but at least in the beginning her personality brought joy, afterwards she was confident but just also very unhappy and clearly not content with anything.
I think my first Thai drama was Full House but I'm not absolutely sure. However, I've been really really into Lakorns at the moment, I don't know what hit me. I just can't get enough, but I also feel like it's kind of hard to find the real gems that are subbed and avoid the whole slap/kiss genre
I don't see any value in her sincerity if she is unable to voice it. Just because she believes her son won't forgive her, is no reason not to apologize anyways. "Your mom was more worried that you won't sign consent for the operation" could also just be interpreted in "she worried she'd die". None of her actions show me that she regrets abandoning her son, only that she came back for her own survival.
It's her attitude I dislike. She's feeling regretful, but she won't even apologize. She glosses over how hurt he was and she puts no effort into improving their relationship, she just wants to be accepted. Not for his sake, solely for her own so she won't die alone. She's incredibly selfish and she knows but she doesn't care. Dohee's mom at least did it for her daughter's own good, it wasn't thought out and she glossed over Dohee's words, but knowing she meant well it's easier for me to forgive and understand her.
I was thinking of his mom, but I do also disliked her mom before her divorce narration took my mind off how she didn't respect her daughter's decisions.
I'm personally not the biggest fan of both of the leads. I watched both of their latest work and didn't like them, but I'm still kind of interested in this. I didn't have a problem with their acting per se, more like the chemistry and the vibe they had. How is this? How is their chemistry? How heavy is the romance? Is the plot basic or more complex?
how come all these Chinese actors come with two dramas at the same time or back to back? I'm not complaining, just wondering lol, I like this so far. though I wonder if 31 eps might be a bit to long.
