Agreed, love the show but a stretch that LS would trust her. JX was in a long term affair with the husband and did know he was married before she starting sleeping with her. It is refreshing though as so many cdramas have the mistress nasty to the bitter end.
Are there any other cdramas with similar theme of picking back up in work and finding new love after divorce?…
There is an ongoing theme in the following where wife is really smart and husband has self esteem issues. Nothing but 30…she was already the successful (same actor as cheater) Goodbye My Love..already successful (husband had long term affair)

Agree with the holes in the script. The rich girlfriend could easily pay off the wife. The cheater is in a hurry to divorce before this “big fish” gets away. He is cutting corners but really believes he is the smart one.

Starting to really like this show..maybe too much as getting emotionally invested… I can not believe how confident this cheating husband is to move in with the mistress and allowing staff to see them coming to work together. My opinion is he never thought of divorce until this rich girl fell into his lap. He is cutting corners as needs to marry her before her feelings wane. I can tell this mean princess is really holding back. His life will now be a living hell at all ends.
Now the ML fully understands what the FL is going through. He will destroy the cheating husband. For the wife it is about fairness re; assets and custody. The first mistress and the ML want blood and will take what’s left. Can not wait!!! Let’s GO!!
The miserable husband will end up alone. He will fully reveal himself when Dr Cha confronts him about the affair. The mistress will fully realize he was never going to leave the wife. I doubt the two women will work together; separately they will bring him down. Get out the popcorn cause it will be an epic and bloody crash!

I agree with you. This is not a story where the couple slowly lose each other. Seems like a loveless marriage from the start? So toxic for many years with the kids watching FL treated like unpaid help. I would be worried if we were watching one of those weekend dramas with 50 episodes. In this drama, the husband has few redeeming qualities so thinking she will divorce and be single at end of show.
Not getting any romantic vibes between FL and Roy. thinking he is there just for support. Maybe he will fake seduce the mistress to mess everything up. The husband is so nasty. Not sure why FL would love him as just not a very nice person; regardless of affair or not. Hope he regrets how he has presented himself in his marriage.
UGH…and she Better divorce him. FL lead was like an unpaid maid and treated so horribly.
I love Yoo In Na in this role and what a fantastic actress. Wow!
Most realistic breakup episode for me. Throughout the episode she continues to re-process as her “world” crashed bit by bit. Such a heartbreaking reveal of the boyfriend’s true character. The garbage truck scene was probably their first honest conversation.. mmmmm Maybe both at fault. No excuse for the ex’s cowardice in not telling her his feelings had changed or what wasn’t working for him. He knew for a long time he didn’t want to marry her.
I do no blame the FL trying to rationalize as too painful to admit the relationship is over. Been there myself. It takes time as what you see as your path has changed in a second. Some of us make the decision to slowly rip off the bandaid…
I think Bora will definitely go through growth over this. Looks like the ex is a main character. Though it seems the ex was having second thoughts, I am thinking he will try to get her back. Can not see why else he would be a main. Mmm not brother to other MLs. Not marrying someone she knows or a relation.
So happy to watch a more mature k-drama and, hopefully, lose the “circling” I find with the 16 episode format. I do get sick of so many young idols/pretty boys and admit I like to see more skinship and portrayed passion. No talking sex just more believable interactions between characters. I find it hard to believe, att times, the main leads are even in love. ..just seem so cold and frigid.. Not sure if quality of scripts lately or just poor acting but dropping a lot of shows after a few episodes. So many fantastic Korean actors not getting quality roles.
If you enjoy watching makjangs, then maybe? I know that doesn't help, but if you do not like watching dumb characters…
The show got ahead of itself and now had to come up with a major hiccup and, therefore, a couple of side stories. problem is the characteristics/traits of the ML and his mother have changed and I think viewers dislike them now. Also the main actress can not act...at all. Painful to watch but still tune in every day.
I could be wrong but I feel that mi sook didn't really register their wedding, she told them to give her the papers…

This FL has to be one of the worst Korean actresses. So wooden; like a cardboard cut-out. Wow, must be difficult to do scenes with her. How could Joo Sang Wook marry someone so bad at his craft? Sorry may offend but really. So many better actresses who could have shone in this part.
I can not stand the cheating in this drama. What a pair of scrumbags. I feel sorry for the wife as she loves him so much and he only married her for her money..now they have a child. Hope her father destroys him when they find out. Do not like her parents but stil...
Do not watch this drama unless you want to be depressed. Only females are destroyed and the men are all horrible. I see a trend in dramas with cheating despicable males. The powerful stay powerful; do not understand why FL is still alive. She knows a lot of secrets. Really sad and ruined my day.
Think ML’s dad is involved in FL’s dad death, hence her fake hubby said that family owes her, prob also impacted…
I am thinking same. Sheng Feng knew who JT was and was all planned to hire her. He will soften once he gets to know their story and what the dad did. Dying for birth secret to come out.
