This drama is pretty interesting, it is enough to get me hung up on it due to curiosity, however not enough to keep me skipping through scenes. It is pretty well built in the beginning, the crash got me intrigued and the spy being pulled on his leg and dropped to death from the ceiling was quite thrilling and got me on edge. But after that it got lax, the plot was getting boring and less thrilling, the cast acting is good but I guess its just the production and other factors that could have made it really thrilling and make me on edge, but it just got me curious rather than be scared of what's gonna happen next, so it made me skip throughout the whole ep of the last ep.

i think this drama gives everyone a wakeup call that not everyone's lives is so perfect, i still remember in the first few episodes that the internal people kept fighting over for power, and now that the people have risen to it, it just made them more miserable and found out that the palace is just a " dazzling prison " , that quote really made me open my eyes to this drama, the reality of being in power is that you still can't have everything, there is always a balance between happiness and sadness so the best that we can make out of it is doing what we want and love most. This drama is just wow, literally the first thing i said was wow, I'm thought I'm not gonna cry in this drama cuz yall said you started crying in ep 16 but i still didn't cried yet and not until ep 17 its just waterfalls :) but i swear that this drama gives off a similar vibe from moon lovers, i know a lot of stuff are different but its just the vibe that is similar, the part where everybody started to die :)) deja vu man. soooo I'm prolly gonna start rewatching moon lovers and cry for another week. Good luck to all !!

guys you don't really need to gang up on @yumi like that she explained it before about his/her intentions and i don't think her main point is that she "hates" jisoo, plus this is a comments section where we can express ideas without creating a sort of " hostile " atmosphere and talk like calm people like we are having a laugh or a casual discussion, afterall in the end we all want this to go well for our fellow actresses and actors

I wasn't going to watch this because of the negative comments that I saw here, but still I gave it a try because I needed a drama that I can watch while working, and wow great drama !! i understand why people wouldn't like this drama because it got kinda long towards the end and the girl wasn't really able to communicate her feelings that well, those were a bit disappointing but I'm still satisfied with the drama even with all that happening, it was a well mature drama that made me understand a bit more about the purpose of marriage, the importance of opening up to one another and how love works I guess
