I think it is a belief that people created to avoid more suicides. Although it is a bit sad, you are depressed, the only thing you want is to be happy and on top of that in the afterlife you are also punished. It's like “don't kill yourself or you'll go to hell” :/

tbh Im lowering the rating of some dramas (not this one) because there are some that I rated 9 when compared to others, they are a 7 (it was the emotion of the moment😔)
