Can anyone tranlate the small Wetv interview with Bright and Nonkul? Its really short, but I would be super happy if anyone can translate their short interview of this upcoming show!!!
I think Type is a much meaner character and more worst than Diao lol. Type did lots of bad things to Tharn, but…
Idk too, but I'm just saying it based on the commenter's post lol. If we were to compare, Type was meaner than Diao. Type messed up Tharn's bed and called him slurs all the time before Type wanted sex from Tharn lol. Type was really mean and rude to Tharn after finding out he was gay, but Diao started on the wrong track with Rak because he thought Rak was making fun of him. All Diao did was said a few rude things, challenged Rak, made Rak clean up his home and set up strict rules (as what we have seen so far)... Honestly, Diao isn't even all that mean. He just has misunderstanding with Rak to begin with lol. I'm enjoying this mini sitcom so far too. Its a really nice refreshment. I think every show has their sweet moments and I'm just waiting for Rak and Diao's sweet moments just like when Tharn and Type had their sweet moments. Both Type and Diao are cute in their own ways lol.
So I must say I always love the enemy to lover storyline ( ie... THARNTYPE) but for some reason I truly HATE Diao.…
I think Type is a much meaner character and more worst than Diao lol. Type did lots of bad things to Tharn, but Diao was just "paying back" on a smaller scale. Diao just has his standards of work just like Rak and he seems to be offended easily. I'm enjoying it so far regardless. Maybe because I'm watching for the comedy that I forgotten to analyze them individually lol
I watched the first episode with english subtitles by ThaiBLFan92. You have to subscribe to the person for $5 a month though. I'm fine with it because I know the hard work of subbing the show and how long it takes. Plus, there's really no one else subbing this show in english except this person.
Anyways, episode 1 was so funny!!!! I was cracking my ass off the entire time.!!! There were lots of funny lines and jokes throughout ep 1. I think that whoever likes Rom Com will definitely enjoy this show. I've never seen the actors before too, but they are so hot, and they both will make a cute fineass couple together lol. This show just reminds me of the time I enjoyed Fish Upon the Sky for its comedy. I guess the plus side is that its not at a university. Other than that, I really enjoyed it so far. It sucks that its only 10 episodes, but I hope the story will progress finely and finish finely to the end!
Anyone who enjoys Rom Com, dont hesitate to watch it!

Alright I just found out that they are new actors, but their acting seem so professional already. For me, that is another plus to this show lol. I can't wait for the next episode already!
I think I’m gonna learn Spanish 😭 I just watched a Spanish fansubbed and translate on google every sentence.…
Theres a person already doing eng sub, but you have to subscriber $5 USD. Its so worth it tho cuz theres no one else doing it other than this person. You can check ThaiBLFan92.
Omg! I think I love your summary more than mine. Like you touched all the points that needed to be said. While…
@Icelina Argent Silver I forgot to add one last thing as a last touch of thoughts lol. I think that what the drama tries to also portray is that every person have their own kind (their own version) of strange/weird behaviors and thoughts. Some people's weirdness are quite known and can be seen (or noticed really well), while others are able to hide it well. For example, we are able to see that Hira just really likes Kiyoi through his actions and his thoughts in an odd manner. But when we see that Kiyoi also likes Hira... To many people, people would think Kiyoi is weird for even liking Hira too lol. The drama just made me think that who am I to judge them like that. We all have our own kind of "weirdness" in our own way. If someone falls in love with you despite all those "weirdness" you have, then they are able to accept that part of you. It's about acceptances too. I think this is why I don't see Hira as an obsessed person because we know what he's thinking. When Kiyoi kept saying "you never understand my feelings" to Hira, Hira just seem so lost on what Kiyoi was trying to say to him. For me, it's more like he doesn't know how to understand the situations well, even though he thinks he understands it well. Both Hira and Kiyoi have lots of miscommunications in their actions and their thoughts mainly. Thanks for reading too. Happy Holidays to you too!
Omg! I think I love your summary more than mine. Like you touched all the points that needed to be said. While…
I'm sorry. I kinda went off topic, but to answer your questions simply, yes. If we see that Hira begins to go overboard on the things he does and makes Kiyoi feels uncomfortable very much, then Hira cannot treat Kiyoi as a BF. I would not want someone like that lol. But because we see that Hira tries to stop himself at times and apologize a lot, we can see that he's not a bad person too. He's just weird in the way he comes off and the way he thinks. The way I see.
Omg! I think I love your summary more than mine. Like you touched all the points that needed to be said. While…
Thank you! :')
At the beginning of the show, if I didn't know Hira at all, I would think he's totally obsessed with Kiyoi and a creep lol. Definitely a yes lol. It's like obsession, but he knows that the things he does are also not right as well. It's urges where you can't help it. For all of Hira's life, no one has interest him until he saw Kiyoi. He's just really excited about seeing Kiyoi and want to know more about him. It's like you liking your crush, but you try respect their privacy and don't want to be a creep too. We can see that he often apologizes a lot as well. Usually people who apologizes a lot tend to see what they think they do is wrong the most and how those "wrongs" can affect others. So, I feel like he's aware of himself and what his actions may cause to others. Hira seems like a person who want to act on his urges too, but tries very hard to resist it as well. But when we see that Kiyoi is OK with Hira's odd actions and his personality, Hira must have feel that it's somewhat OK at certain time to do a little of his urges, but not all the time. I feel like he does ask Kiyoi's consent at certain times too, but not all the time. He know he tries not to make the other person feel uncomfortable. He himself know he is weird at times, but he can't help it lol.
Towards the end of the show, I realized that who am I to judge a person too lol. They've been through a lot in their life, and they just want to be love like everyone else. Plus when I was younger, I would look into my crushes' social media profiles and sometimes even saving them too lol. When you're still young and dumb like that, you just go crazy obsessed, but obviously you mean no ill harm of any sort lol. It's somewhat similar (not totally) you liking your favorite actor, or singer too, and you have posters of them on your wall. When I think back about all those times I've done those things and as I get older, I became more aware of myself and stop doing that because it can make a person seem creepy lol. That's not to say that everyone does this, but there are people who does that and they don't know that can come across creepy weird. That's just the same thing like how Hira does with printing Kiyoi's pictures and admire him like that. The way I see it, it is exactly how what the drama tries to portray Hira. Hira would be consider "weird" or even "creepy" to many people, but at the end of the day, he's just a human being too. He may be a little weird, but he's not a bad person. Kiyoi knows exactly how weird and strange Hira is, but he's able to love Hira, and accept Hira's odd personality.
Hira just longed for a love he can touch physically. I learned this in my class a long time ago, and I think it's quite true to some degree. There's different kind of love that people need or want. Kiyoi seems to want an emotional love while Hira wants a physical love (haptic love). Some people feel loved when someone tells them "I love you." Some people feel loved when they receive a hug instead. Everyone have different kind of love that they want to receive. That's how I see it with Hira. Obviously, he hasn't been with anyone, but he can't help it sometimes when he's with Kiyoi. I feel that if Kiyoi was completely disgusted with Hira, then Hira would back off definitely and go back into his own world. He really wants to be with Kiyoi, but we can see that he doesn't know how to read other people properly because he's been very stuck in his own world for a long time. That's just his perception in life.
Then let's also think about when Kiyoi confessed bluntly to Hira. We can see that Hira is so stuck in his own mind thinking that the relationship he feel he can only have is being master/servant or idol/fan relationship only because Kiyoi did treat him like that at the beginning. A lot of people don't know anything until you say it to them lol. It's just the reality. Sometimes, some people don't mean to act oblivious, but they just are sometimes. Some people can read a person very well, while some people can't do that. Whatever you say to them, they take it like that. There are people that you can give so many hints to, but they are just oblivious lol. Basically, not everyone is the same when it comes to these things lol. That's what I see with Hira when Kiyoi finally explain everything to him fully. Its like you been wanting to date a person for so long, but when that person told you that they liked you a long time ago too... Then you would be like "how come you just didn't tell me back then and we could have started dating since then" lol. I feel like that's how Hira and Kiyoi relationship turned out to be.
Really really liked your comment.I am so happy when i see people able to understand the chracters personalities,…
Thank you! I'm glad you like my comment and my review. Honestly, the show touched my heart in another way, and I was not prepare for that lol. It got me really good lol. I feel like the message of the show or the novel basically is trying to say that everyone still wants to be loved, despite that each person have their own kind of experience, obsessions, and "weirdness." Not everyone is a perfect human being, but everyone can still receive love as well.
I feel this was a really good drama because the way they used the romance in this drama was psychological. Maybe…
Wow. When you explained that, I think that's quite true too. I think Hira's personality possiblity stems from his loneliness and him being an outcast. But what I can give props to Hira is that he realize these things himself, and so he tries to end his obsessions the second time himself like the first time he cut Kiyoi out of his life.
I just finished this show and very oddly.... I actually like this show lol. Although it's bit weird at times, but there was some small settle cute moments in there. Let's be honest here... it was because Yagi Yusei that made me watch the show lol. He's really beautiful too lol.
It's started out really weird in a creepyish way, and there were moments in the show where I was like "What is going on here?" lol. However, after I finished it, I can begin to understand both of the characters Hira and Kiyoi.
Lets start with Kiyoi first. He's always been a lonely child and he was a lonely person for most of his life. He always wanted to be love and be a person who is loved and admired by "fans" like an idol. But his wish became true because he met Hira who somehow admire him like a "fan" and worship him like a "god" from far away. When Hira became curious of Kiyoi, and call Kiyoi beautiful, he was surprised to learn that even a guy admires him. At that point, he doesn't know enough how much Hira admires him. After Hira confessed to liking him, Kiyoi tries to understand where that was coming from. I think Kiyoi began to fall for Hira because Hira was always standing up for him and supporting him in what he was doing. Kiyoi's rough attitude was a shield for him from showing his true feelings throughout his life and because of that, Hira read Kiyoi's intentions in different ways most of the time too. After Kiyoi gave Hira a kiss, he thought that Hira would see his true feelings for him. However, at that time, the situation turned out differently because Hira read the whole situation different. After high school ended, he couldn't contact Hira anymore because of the phone number change, and so Kiyoi felt like he was left behind again. After being able to see Hira again by chance, he wanted to see if that "someone" (Hira) truly cares for him again. We can see that Kiyoi attempts to get connect back with Hira because he wanted Hira's phone number and he tries to go to Hira's home again. He also invited Hira to his shows and dinners as well, but simply just states if Hira wants to go or not. After trying so hard to get Hira to read his feelings, he realizes that Hira could not read him fully. Kiyoi begins to be more vulnerable to Hira and told him straight up his feelings that time around. At that point, we can see that Kiyoi did not want to be love and admire by someone like a "fan" anymore, but what Kiyoi truly wanted was a real genuine love that he actually longed for.
Hira has always been a lonely child and lonely person for most of his life as well, but it's a different experience of loneliness that he goes through compare to Kiyoi. Because he was always an outcast, the only thing he can do is usually see things and admire them from far away. This is why Hira has his photography hobby. He tends to photographs things and admire them from far away only. This is the main reason he doesn't fully step into Kiyoi's boundaries, hence admire him like a "fan." Because of Kiyoi's rough attitude, he just assumes that there couldn't be anything beyond between him and Kiyoi. He felt like his love was just one-sided too. However, when graduation came, he was caught by surprised when Kiyoi gave him a kiss. From what I'm understanding is that Hira must have thought that Kiyoi was just doing him a "fan favor" for liking him. Hira still feels like he can't have him, but appreciate the "fan favor." In order to try to forget Kiyoi, he goes with the flow of the situation (his phone fell into the water) and just split from that point on. When Hira saw Kiyoi again, his feelings came back and he realized that it was never really gone. However, he still thinks that his love could not go more than like how a "fan" who love their idol (god). He's happy to be with Kiyoi all again, but then he tries to forget Kiyoi once again. When Kiyoi told him his true feelings and said that he's not a god, but an ordinary person to Hira, Hira seems to realize that he was thinking wrong on his part. At this point, we can see that he realize that he can fall in love with an "idol" who's like an ordinary person. He can fall in love with the one that he likes and it's all fine. He can like and fall in love with someone that doesn't have to be like a "fan" who loves their idol from far away, or like a secret admirer. What Hira wanted as well was a genuine love that he can love in person. We can also include the fact that Hira's parents don't live with him, so Hira don't seem to have much haptic love that he also desires. This is why there's the scene where Hira started to lick and suck Kiyoi's finger. I believe this shows that Hira wanted haptic love too.
What brought both of them together was their loneliness and their love grew through supporting each other in small ways. Even though both of them thought of each other differently, they still supported each other. Hira thought of Kiyoi as the most prestigious person in the world and have the urges of wanting to protect him at all cost, and never said anything bad about Kiyoi's dream of being an idol. Kiyoi thought Hira was creepy and weird for stalking him, saying strange things (such as apologizing so much), and taking his pictures. But Kiyoi never thought anything else otherwise. Most importantly was that they both did not judge each other negatively.
After watching this whole thing, this show had deeper meanings than I imagined, and I was not expecting the show to be like this lol. I thought it was going to be a hate-to-love cute little show and it was going to be all a fluffy light-hearted show, however it was the opposite lol. But I still enjoyed it overall. At first, it did seem quite toxic, but as I finish it, I see the whole show differently. I wish that they could have added a few more episodes, or a special episode to complete this. I feel like I need an extra episode to expand love story a little more and show more cute moments of Hira and Kiyoi. It was not enough lol.
What do you mean by older China version? I think there is only one version by China, isn't it?
There was a previous China version called "Meteor Shower" where it starred the now-banned Chinese address Zheng Shuang. I remember watching it, and I just did not like it as much as I thought I would. The newer one was a little bit better. I mean time changed too, so I can see why the director wants to do a newer version.
I just watched the first episode and I'm actually excited to watch this story again lol. I know this story is sooo decades old, but for some odd reason, I just really enjoy this same story over and over again. I kind of like it how the pacing of the story goes kinda fast like the Japanese version. Seeing that it's only 16 episodes, I hope they do the full story and not in seasons because I really hate waiting. We waited long enough for this series already, and I would hate to wait longer. The drama does feel "up to date" and still seems to stick to the original story so far. Since there aren't many episodes, I assume that the story will go much faster pace with unnecessary scenes.
I've enjoyed the Taiwanese version when I was younger. The Japanese version was also really good too. The Korean version was also really good. I think the version I didn't really like as much was the older China version, whereas the newer China version aired in 2018 was much better, although there were lots of unnecessary scenes in the China version. That made the drama a lot longer. Now, I hope the Thailand version doesn't disappoint as well!
Is it worth watching this show? I'm seeing conflicted comments lol. I kind of wanting to give this show a shot. Is the main couple lovely dovey sweet, or do they always have problems?
Anyways, episode 1 was so funny!!!! I was cracking my ass off the entire time.!!! There were lots of funny lines and jokes throughout ep 1.
