Review of Furious Duo — A Total Trainwreck
I don’t even know where to begin — Furious Duo is an absolute disaster. Is this supposed to be a BL? Really? They’re selling us a romance, but what we actually get is a painfully awkward mess that feels like a parody — badly acted, poorly shot, with actors who seem to have zero experience or presence on screen.
The direction is abysmal, the acting is non-existent, the dialogue is hollow, and the whole thing gives off the vibe of a rushed project with no passion, no vision, and no professionalism. There’s zero emotion, no chemistry, and not even the ghost of a plot. Nothing works.
At first, I honestly thought it was some kind of meta joke — like maybe one of the characters was watching a crappy show within the show. But no. That’s actually the real series. This is it. And it’s awful.
I can’t even understand how this qualifies as a BL. There’s no actual love story, no romantic tension, no respect for the genre. Just a giant void.
My advice? Run. Don’t waste your time. This isn’t just bad — it’s downright insulting.
