It’s china; only way to release bromance.
The Spirealm was banned almost immediately after it aired in China, but yeah we are luckily able to watch it as international fans. And I do agree that I usually see a romance storyline alongside the bromance one in C-dramas recently, especially after they started to crack down on dangai/danmei adapted dramas.😔
