anyone know who wrote this drama? I'd love to watch more things by them but alas there's no writer credit right now.

Overall, the movie which I expected to be a fluffy rom com ended pretty unsatisfactorily. I'm not really a fan of bittersweet things. I thought for a historical it might be one of the rare ones to give us a happy ending, but nope. :(

lol I clicked on it thinking, that looks an awful lot like Okada Kenshi, and it was!! Wow, I am here for this drama.

Why's the FL trying so hard to deny her feelings to ML though? I guess because she has to leave on an assassination mission or something? Anyways, strikes me as noble idiocy which I hate... Otherwise, loved that episode so much.

This is just the first half season, still waiting for the second half since Netflix splits them up.

One character who is male likes another man, so it gets exposed by the app. It's not fully explored though.

I was thinking the same. Would've enjoyed some more layers added to the characters, or a stronger bromance intro so that the latter betrayal felt even harsher. Maybe some more misunderstandings? Like, the production quality is top-notch, it's just the characterization and story is a bit lacking.

Why do you think as an extra he has that scar on his hand? since he's not apart of scenes, his injuries don't magically recover? But then when she did bandage him before in the next scene he was all healed, so I'm not sure what's up with his scar. It's fun theorizing though.

As of episode 2 (the only episodes out currently)
Jang Hyuk is only in it a couple minutes at the beginning of episode 1.
Hopefully he gets a lot more screen time as the plot advances.

Remakes are tough... I wish they cast a thicker looking actress. She's really beautiful but wished they went the less conventional route.
