ah i didnt know they cut scenes due to that. i just though there was some issues with the editing department. i am.halfway through now, i had previously dropped it, but decided to give it a second chance again after POJ. And i have to say, it is not bad. Nothing special really, but definitelly watchable and enjoyable for a light watch 🤗
I was rooting for him in the original story. I didn't like the original plot and I won't do this one either. So…
i agree to everything you said here. I had dropped the original drama because after the in depth narrative regarding the injustices he had faced, i just couldnt agree about how the mistreated SML was seen, as a villain deserving again punishments. that was too much for me 🫣

me too... in the original story i liked his character better than the ML.. however in princess agent they gave more impact to his pain and to the injustice he has received, you can feel for him more.
i am stuck on ep 21, i have loved the drama up to nearly this point.. but for some reasons her being this perfect and know it all/ having the right answer for everything-kind of character, and being so great in anything, it is not the right type of character i find interesting in dramas i watch. I normally like historical dramas , so i am not good in watching modern dramas and i get bored easily. Once again, i am loving this drama includ8ng the acting and the slice of life setting. I am keen to get advised , likely a good motivation to continue watching it before i drop it: could you please tell me if things change at all, becoming less perfect, like is she ever start questioning herself, or ask for advice, support to anyone else? as of now, it looks like she is the only one with the answer to any topic . thank you for advising
the soundtracks are so nice to listen to! my favourite one is the one played during the fighting scenes, like viking-style. it looks like, in my region, it has been removed (at least for now). i will keep check8ng just on case 😉
Yes, my husband Lu Lingfeng in ... Strange Tales of Tand Dynasty especially Season 2 but start herehttps://kisskh.at/78279-horror-stories-of-tang-dynastyhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8gLr_EecZw

I don't understand why does the current emperor wants to keep the throne even though he knows that he is useless…
I think he just like to be in that position, anyway he has the 2 ministers in charge of everything, he doesn't eed to make any effort, while being the 'Emperor' , living a luxury life the easyway; and because of his childish nature, he just wants things.
what a refewhing drama, i love the simple life portraited in the first episodes i have watched so far, i like how the FL face any hostility with a much more mature and confident approach.
When I read comments like “The love Qimin has for QianQian, he loves her so much,” it honestly drives me crazy.…
yes i agree it is not love, or at least not healthy love. I am sure, from the abuser prospective, they think they are loving, but once such unhealthy 'love' causes any pain /sufference / lack of freedom to their partner, that is an abusinve type of relationship.
And, for me too, Qimin is an abuser.
still i am watching this as fiction and i am enjoying the phisical beauty of those actors, and again as a fictional drama i am able to stay detached from it, berhaps because i have never experienced an abusive relationship, so i have no triggers.
To the viewers who fastforward scenes. With all due respect, I wish to emphasize what are the details you miss…
absolutely 💯! when I FF myself, it means i am not into that drama, it doesnt click with me, so i just drop it.
with PoJ in specific, indeed not only i watch every minute carefully, but I am actually re-watching each episode, and because of it i am actually able to see more details, and i also understand better other scenes. but i do understand that we do not like the same things and mamy viewers dont like this drama as they have a different sense of aesthetics, which is abolutely fine.
what a great production! a strong FL (but cute when needed) that at the same.time doesn't know it all, a strong ML (he knows when she can protect herself, but can interfere when needed). it is so great to see our main leads working as equals here 🥰🥰🥰

She is a mother first, prepared to do anything to keep her son alive.
