If you compare them that way I guess you're right. BM is more complete as a medical because it is focusing at doctors as professionals, and how sometimes a life is nothing compared to their ambitions. While Doctors seems to be more focusing at creating another reverse harem to please PSH fans. As I said BM is more attractive for all the drama about Yeong Oh disability and the suspense, but Doctors is a good show to pass time since all the cliches that we love in korean dramas are present there.
