imo acting is also about preferences. you may think A is good at acting, but others don't and vice versa. if i'm not interested in the actor, i don't watch the drama. simple. no drama.
but apparently some people like wasting time and energy for hating i guess lol

Longing for You, Jinxed at First, and Motel California are all unpopular dramas with mediocre scripts (JAF and MC are even considered bad scripts imo). So it's not surprising the rating is low.

At this point, you're just verified hater because you're willing to waste your time on someone you don't like. If you don't like him, simply don't watch his drama. Just walk away and pretend he doesn't exist instead of wasting your energy commenting and hating.

yes, saying like or dislike is easy but i don't think every single thing should be argued. i am just chill and dgaf when someone says the drama i enjoy is boring.

if this drama is great for you than good for you, but for me it is not. everyone is free to express whether they like or dislike a drama. if you like this drama, it doesn't mean everyone MUST like it also. everyone has their own opinion and preferences.

i watched my daughter seoyoung and 49 days. both are from the same writer as our golden days and the story is good. that's why, i have high expectation for this one. but it turns out it doesn't meet my expectation at all. as simple as that.

i never said ilwoo is a bad actor. i think he is the best among all actors in this drama and he is my reason why i start to watch this drama in the first place. but i already said this weeks ago, i will stop if the story is getting ridiculous or frustrating. after watching 12 eps i couldn't stand it anymore so i dropped it.

As long as i know, jung ilwoo is still jung ilwoo, a wellknown actor in korea. I think he accepts this drama because of the writer. The writer is the same as 49 days (a hit drama). I did have expectation at first because she had many popular drama, especially weekend drama like my daughter seoyoung (this drama was popular too) but i was wrong. This drama is just meh! I stopped watching already. I think ilwoo made a wrong decision this time for accepting this drama.

So far, a wellknown celebs i know who take this long format experience drop in popularity due to scandal. Some koreans are also questioning why ilwoo is here in weekend drama. well, it doesn't mean starring in weekend drama is bad because weekend drama has its own fans too. but i just rarely see popular actors are back to weekend drama because it is long drama format which requires a lot of time and energy for filming.
