This is one of my favorite korean series, which is close to my heart.
Lovely this drama. Must watch. Han ji min and jung hae in are so good together. Their chemistry is remarkable. Han ji min played her role to perfection. She emotes beautifully. Jung hae in is the cutest and most handsome actor I have ever seen. I liked the story line and the way they stood up together for their love. I wish jung hae in is cast in many more dramas in the years to come. Cant have enough of him. Love his smiling face . The ending of this drama was sweet and nice. A romantic, but at the same time practical drama. The entire cast was wonderful. The guy who plays her ex is also handsome. Would be nice to see more of him.
Overall enjoyed the drama a lot. Still in a state of euphoria since watching it this evening.
Will always have a special place in my heart.
It was a beautiful journey right from the first ep to the last. I laughed when the characters were silly, I cried when they were in pain, I was determined towards my aim watching the characters strive for their future, I was motivated by their avidity for their passion and learnt what it actually means to be happy. This drama went right through my heart. The ending hit me with a strong message that the awful and joyous times we experience in life will be a precious memory in the future and it will complete our life, eventually.
I like how the story goes back and forth from the present to the past and vice versa. It makes the storytelling more engaging. Sometimes, this way of storytelling also leaves a remarkable takeaway for me; don’t worry too much, the sadness/mistakes we make today will going to be just okay someday and we’ll learn something from it.
Best touching, realistic love story I have ever watched.
The cinematography and the entire romance plot kind of let me see K dramas in a new light. It's way different and unique from the usual K dramas that we watch often. The female character had a very strong character development.I fell in love with her because she took the first initiative and showed her love for him without hesitating and thinking about the social taboos. I am totally satisfied with the plot and how the characters worked. I loved it. For me this drama will be one if those classic K dramas ever that got me hooked up front the beginning of the show.
Jung hae-in's acting was so good that it convinced me how versatile his acting skills are. And as for son ye jin being experienced and skilled fitted perfectly into the character.
Highly underrated
A lot of people hated this drama because they think that Park Jae-on is a total red flag and Nabi is just a naive girl who's crazy for him but that's far from the truth, the drama was different from the webtoon in which Jae-On was actually toxic and was using Nabi, while in the drama adaptation,I noticed that whenever PJ and Nabi were romantically involved with each other,PJ would avoid even looking at other girls and it was clear that he actually loved her,he disappeared cuz Nabi hated seeing him around, he helped Nabi fix her project before the exhibit after it broke and that moment when he started to tear up while saying his final goodbye to her says it all.
It is not exactly a bad movie, although it also would not be classified as a masterpiece.
The actors were all just as adorable as they could possibly be, and they did a fantastic job of making me care about their characters, but the writers apparently brainstormed this one after a Soju binge. When the entire story hinges on miscommunication and emotional manipulation, then the writing is sloppy and lazy at best, and an insult to the intelligence of the audience at worst. I'm easy to entertain and will happily suspend my disbelief for a hand of god here and there in an otherwise well-crafted tale, but the eye-rolling factor was already high, and then the ending of this movie had me cursing BS.
This is not your typical kdrama you have to like this kind of genre to like this drama.
I tried, I really did. I think I tried because the characters are loveable and the acting is great but wow, the story is so boring! It put me to sleep every night. Nothing really ever happens except the same episode over and over. I kept waiting for something like a plot twist, a revelation of some kind but nope... They really needed some kind of story that tied the friends together, there was no villain. I mean, if you want to watch a show that helps you go to sleep at night, this would be a good one.
A warm, visually appeasing and heart soothing drama.
I cannot begin to express how beautiful this drama was. I don’t know about anyone else but kdramas are my little escape from reality and this one did not disappoint. It was well written and the actors were so amazing, the chemistry was top tier, they just overall complemented each other well. Right now I will have to rewatch it from episode 1 to 16 bcuz it was that good. Most kdramas give you an “ok” ending but this ending was just so perfect and the relationship was just so extraordinary. At first it seemed as if the relationship between the leads was toxic since they would constantly break up but after learning more about them you realise how healthy their love were.
Hard watch after they became a couple
The whole story was based on this one secret and I was excited to know what it was but that was honestly the lamest secret I've ever heard.I think I have a pretty high standard of what is a good show that draws my attention and I really love this series EXCEPT for one thing. The main character. Dr. Yoon. As series progressed I liked her less and less and eventually couldn’t finish watching the series.
Loved the inclusion and respect of the elderly, the loyalty within the community, and the fact all characters got a decent story arc. Nice scenery and a cosy community feel.
I just wish there was less of the irritating complaining, whining, and brattyness.
Nah I am not a hater but the acting feel weak you know.Story is boring as well.
Editing also.
I have watched a lot of period dramas but this one is the worse of them all.
This story is weak no twist and nothing much half of the story of next episode is halfof previous one .
If you want to just pass your time you can watch
But honestly not worth it.
The love story of On Dal and Song Soo-Jung was beautiful. They shared some intense kisses, loved it. Also the love between the princess and her bodyguard was very touching. So these four characters kept me watching.
I could appreciate the time travelling story.
Will not recommend.
Very boring and the acting wasn't good either,, there was no chemistry between the actors and the plot was literally non existent, god i wish i never watched this. There's weaknesses. It falls short in some areas. They could have played up the new difference in strength a little more. She is now he. She can push him around some - and he definitely has something coming. They missed some opportunities to have more fun with that. There's some plot devices that feel wedged in poorly, like the mini drama in which an ankle injury might get in the way of an important show. The weirdest thing about it is how they become attracted to eachother. Can you imagine kissing yourself? I can't. I know we're supposed to love ourselves... but that doesn't mean we're supposed to LUV ourselves...
I’m a bit late to watching this show!!
While Good Morning Call has its charms, it ultimately fell short of my expectations. One of the main drawbacks for me was the character of Hishashi Uehara. He lacks the conviction and emotional depth I look for in a lead, often coming across as expressionless—like a stone, in fact. This makes it challenging to connect with him or truly invest in his journey.Additionally, the visuals felt outdated and unappealing, detracting from the overall experience. The aesthetic didn’t do justice to the story being told, leaving it feeling flat at times.
I loved the first season to death. Drama, fun and colourful moments - it's all there.
This is so far the best East Asian drama I've watched on Netflix! The others were too fluffy, going overboard with emotions, but Hello, My Twenties! didn't have much of these elements. The males are not extremely territorial, neither do they have a huge ego, something I think seen is like a staple in East Asian dramas. I like the fact that each character has layers and a unique personality and that they develop through the course of time, rather than unrealistically remaining stagnant. This show is hilarious, touching and cute all at the same time.
YES YES YES YES YES.
Actually at first i was hesitant to watch the series, one of the reasons was i have not watched any series performed by the main characters. The reviews made me decide to give it a try, so i started watching this , I was impressed with the main character's performance or acting. They were captivating , funny and heartfelt characters I finished the series in one sitting. Shout out also to the director and script writer for this Mad for each otherThese two are so chaotic and hilarious in their own way but suit each other so well.
Highly recommended for those of you who are looking for a slow-paced kind of drama !!
Underrated masterpiece. This show delivers something very unique in terms of Kdrama rom-coms. It's a simple plot about bunch of people navigating through life, careers, friends, family while finding love and tackling the hurdles. No major twists, murders, mysteries about parents, foxes or deities but still a very raw and mature show that keeps you hooked if you are patient enough. The main couple is definitely worth the notice, their relationship and the individual growth is written very maturely. The best part about their relationship is that they talk and listen to each other like normal people, about their jobs, their day and truly admire and respect each other.
Did not expect a lot from this series.
Finally finished watching this after dragging on for a week. This was the most anticipated Kdrama of the year for me, and maybe due to over expectations, I ended up with mixed feelings. The drama is driven by two parallel factors. One is the main storyline that deals with tech entrepreneurship - which to me, is very welcome & indeed is a refreshing concept. The other has to do with the personal side of each characters - obviously with the addition of typical dramatic clichés, & that disappoints.
