Producer: We're going to have the best actors, cinematographers, locations, everything.Assistamnt: What about…
I actually made the comment back around ep 3 or 4, that they were together now, so what drama were they going to throw at us to make up 12 episodes? Well, now we know...
In their world building the writers should have made a strict set of rules with the rain-induced deafness, not this coming & going whenever. The first implication with Tai was that it was genetic and he was born with it. That makes more sense than the way it went away, and now as adults Lomfon and Tien develop it? Fantasy writers have to stick to the rules of their Universe!
Please, pretty please, just give me a semblance of realism. This is just not it. HOW. HOW. HOW I just keep asking…
I have been wondering if Akira is either : 1) suffering from internalised homophobia 2) had some instance of abuse in his past that makes him wary and inhibited 3) is autistic and doesn't like to be touched 4) just a f*cking idiot
I amused myself while watching this episode, imagining they were in the same universe as Cherry Magic. One more birthday Minato, and Shin can torture you all day long with his thoughts!
I am so excited for this. I love the Japanese original and I have rewatched it. The only part I skipped over the second time, and I hope the Thai production does it better, are the scenes with Adachi's friend Tsuge - he was unbelievably annoying and cringy. This trailer looks fantastic, and in fact I am currently rewatching Dark Blue Kiss because I hadn't seen TayNew on screen for so long.
Unpopular take but I'd love to see Man and Up in a BL together. Man and Ben were a mess and this was a poorly…
I really disliked Ben in this, and I was surprised in some of the bts at his truer character. He was cute and likeable and had more chemistry with Man than in the scripted show!
are the two managers meant to be the lead pairing because I felt like we saw more of them than the actual leads.…
Regards the managers, is Thailand running out of middle aged actresses and that is why they have an actor who identifies as a man, playing a woman? If they are doing it for laughs, then it misses the mark.
I didn't watch the original so I can watch this movie as it's own thing. I'm watching on Youtube and I'm not too sure about some of the subtitles. I notice Prince's character is listed here as Tued. On Youtube his name is TURD! I hope it has a happy ending. I was going to watch Egoist today until I found out that one of the ML dies. They have to stop doing that. It's like going back to the old days of BL movies where one dies - as if they are sending the message that if you are gay you don't get a happy ending. I don't mind some angst, but overall I like the fluff. The world can provide enough drama on its own, so I like my entertainment to...entertain.
Has anyone worked out what Ruk's attraction is? He seems so lacklustre & emotionless & devoid of personality yet there are at least 3 guys lusting after him. Maybe he's got magical s*x powers we don't know about!!! btw hw missed the perfect opportunity to give Mek a knee to the balls in that sofa scene.
1. The background music is killing me. It's meniac. I had even the feeling that it is even louder than usual in…
Yep, I was wondering who Caran was, like did I fall asleep and miss a new character intro... I think they are using machine translations at this point.
What the pickle juice Arkham asylum Gotham chaotic maniac craziness is going on?! What sorta lightbulb switch…
I'm 15 minutes into ep 3 and I don't know whether to continue or not. When did Kram go from ambitious snake-in-the-grass to full batshit crazy? Did we miss an episode??? I cannot stand this kind of emotional blackmail from both Kram & Mek to get their own ways with Rak. I know they can't be too graphic in a drama, but those cuts are strictly attention seeking, not self harm with intent. I might sound harsh but I used to have a partner who threatened to hurt himself every time he didn't get what he wanted. The only way was to call his bluff and leave, and yes he was fine.
I know they are trying for inclusivity and this is a BL, but does every show now have to have the over the top femme boy and the over the top trans character. I'm sure in real life Thailand these characters are not every where you turn. I am not anti-trans, but these characters seemed shoehorned into the story for the sake of 'representation' and not to help the flow of the story.
