I never used to watch airing dramas... I have no patience to wait for the episode releases...But just tested "The Double" for Wang Xing Yu, but it really hooked me into from episode 1. Waiting was so frustration i started watching some other dramas while waiting.. thats how the binging started..
I am waiting for these two on going to finish before starting FoF.... its in my Plan to watch list..
What i really want to see is Prisoner of Beauty, Guardian of Defeng and Legend of the Female General.

Lol! that comment came after 24days, meanwhile I enjoyed watching, The Double, The Rise of Ning and Kill me Love me...! with brilliant cast..!
Still hoping to see him come out in flying colors...!!

I have seen her 2018 movie, Cry me a Sad River, she was so good and the movie itself was a controversial subject , school bullying and mental health. She was brilliant and just 18 at that time...

I feel Congwen is not devious like LJX, she must have genuinely asked thinking they were very close siblings, unlike LJX.. he just dont know how to let go, no self respect.. and he is getting more and more creepier ... eeek!!

I forgot his family name is Wei Ling in the drama, i kept looking for Duke Ying Thank you.. Impressive he is here...

I cannot compare SoM ... bcoz for me that is a go to drama at every time I get disappointed with a drama... I have seen it so many times... also I dont speak the language.. so every time i discover more interesting stuff. I cannot believe how they managed the tiny tots to the old grandmother a lot of characters did top notch acting in that...
That doesn't mean this is not good .. its really good, after watching 2021 Sword and brocade, this the next best family drama, but with lots of unrealistic stuff... why she became a duke's daughter.. then the whole pregnancy and early birth... i find very odd. LSY being good in everything is still ok .. bcoz of his grandfather.. plus he was tutored by a good master. so basics are there.. but YN shady past with LJX and now too good with everything without being guided by anyone are a bit unrealistic. but still ok to watch... !

Story of Minglan, story, direction was too good. Gu Tingye's likable scale was swinging like a pendulum, when he was a kid... yes, he was great... then him and his kept woman... the scale did a dive under water... who can ever be a Main Lead in any drama with a woman and two children on the side.. but after that the story came out in such a way.. every one loved GT by the time they were together..... I have never ever seen such a character development in any other drama....
Yes that's the only thing here... so obvious... but the good thing is LSY is very very gentle and subtle in his ways... he has to tell her... he knew about this, otherwise how can it be possible for them to have feelings for each other, there might be some friction at that time.... MAYBE..

when she was living in the side yard, he was taken by General's guards to tend to general who was badly injured... while living together they fell for each other and but later he had to go back to his side and she went back to the side yard.. she didnt want to bring bad name to Luo family and also to save the child from future bullying... she induced the baby to correct the time line...!
there was no relation after she moved out... thats why she had to induce..!

Just finished watching ep 31... have so much mixed feeling... at some point it was so touching then comes LXJ to spoil all the good feelings..! hope both SYN and YN comes running out holding hands.. from their place....haaaa! just throw some ice on his face...and say wake up man!! he is like a leech!

ok.. I didnt see that one. I thought of trying it out.. just to see, I saw him first time in Pledge of Allegiance he was noticeable or stand out guy in that.. you know you watch a drama esp historical with so many actors.. hardly anyone you remember.. but this guy you will remember..

Yes... I worry what extent he will go. The look he gives are really sinister.. very expressive, hence I feel he can also do role reversal.. and be adored by all.... dont u think so..?

Yea that thought was winding me up... esp with him grabbing her at every time he meets... I was forever grateful to that horrible female who pushed her off the cliff, not admitting its the same person.... phew!!! Plus the Duke is solid support. But his previous encounters with the Duke doesn't stop him from turning up at every now and then to visit the grandmother and sister... excuse.

Sheeesh! when will someone give Ci Sha a lead role or some good character...lol!

That scene she kowtows her family, was so touching, and I really l liked the way LSY said very slowly and clearly that we are not siblings but i will be by your side always, such a sensible and patient guy unlike LJX. He is seriously crossing the line by touching her every time he meets.
I thought as much the minute LJX comes to know she is Duke's daughter he might be constantly on her face... so I am ok with her not going with the Duke, Eventhough i was disappointed initially. I wasn't sure how all these will play out. So far they have done a good job with the drama...

I can feel there will be drama at Duke's house with the new step sister...! If you remember LJX came to Luo poetry/ scholars gathering with this sister...! So she might join hand with LJX.

Waiting to see how our leads interact... Hope he is gone for his Imperial exams
