This drama started like a nice slice of life with a bit of sci-fi but towards the end everything is spiraling to the hell. I'm glad that I didn't drop this drama after its mundane, long start because now I'm excited about how the story is going to wrap up.
So far I hate everything about the female characters. And I don't get why ML is attracted to FL. Is it her submissiveness?…
In episode 2 he said that he is aware that others might not like him but he thinks that FL is different. And in episode 1 other subordinates introduce him as a frightening "yakuza boss" but FL disagrees with them. I mean somehow I can relate to this ML's feeling - being attracted to someone who finally sees you as a good person.
The feeling is something she can't even explain to herself. It's always about sadness, she's always sad. People…
Sounds a bit broad, like a general concept than a storyline. I hope you will be able to narrow the main conflict, so that the idea becomes more focused.
Pi Han Ul: "I've been wanting to fight you." I looked forward to the showdown between Pi Han Ul and Yun Ga Min. The choreography, camera, special effects, soundtrack - everything was a spot on. Through all the series I loved Yun Ga Min's fighting style. At the very end I kinda expected another twist like, for example, about Yun Ga Min's uncle.
I knew that they were gonna pull that "he was alive the whole time" shit in the end when it was useless since…
This k-drama is based on a novel. I haven't read it but I guess it had same or similar ending. They put LDW as main just to get fans excited for this drama /j
I watched only the 1st episode. Seems similar to Lucifer (American TV series) but without supernatural. And lightness. If I had nothing to watch then I would give it a chance for few more episodes.
There are others with code red, purple and yellow. So they should help Jeong Ji An right?Only 2 episode. So still…
That got me confused. The buyer said if uncle is dead then Jian will die too. And it sounded like a threat. But if the buyer has a code, then they are supposed to help her. I guess, for the sake of tension, we will get a full picture only at the end of the series.
Idk how to reply since ji won did something. She knows that the proposal will go awry if that director name is…
They showed us that she planned the marketing and made a phone call after which she prayed that the director will go down. She knew that he will but this scene suggest that she wasn't sure. If they put her inner monologue during marketing scenes like: "The director agreed to become the face of the brand without second thought. Our product launched successfully. The director did a lot of promotional activities and that made our product the best selling in the last X years. The last but not the least promotional activity I planned is just before the director leaves for his business trip.", it would look like she was in control, that she is carefully following the events and ready to act if things go astray. Same for Minhwan's and Soomin's relationship. Jiwon has to act like she is head over heals in love with Minhwan to make Soomin want to steal Minhwan from her. Like in the last episode she could have stayed with them and acted lovey-dovey with Minhwan to fire up Soomin. Cause at this point Minhwan and Soomin looks like they are comforting each other because Jiwon has left them for other people. Their relationship doesn't have the spark, they don't have an excitement to cheat; they both just look sad. I miss Jiwon from episode 3 where she confronted her high school bullies in the bathroom. No punching or slapping. She cleared her name and found out more about Soomin. If after makeover scene she gained confidence in her appearance, then after this scene she gained confidence in herself. But now she just looks beautiful, barely acts and her confidence has left the series.
I blame Jihyuk. He's too active. It's great to see him so much but after the last episodes I ask myself: "Does Jihyuk have a husband that somebody else is supposed to marry?" :D

Yes, I loved that one too.

When I read manhwa, I felt sorry for her.
