Exactly my thoughts. I finished it a few hours ago and I was so disappointed because I started out loving it. I'd even regretted not watching it before now because I saw Manner of Death years ago and have had Triage on my to-watch list for a while.

Yeah, this! It was so jarring to see that. I'd rather we just get verbal references to Uea's abuse by that uncle person rather than more flashbacks with the child actor.
