In my opinion I think the story just feels very surface level if that makes sense? I feel like shows typically spend more time introducing and explaining major plot points while this show seems to almost gloss over them in favor of fight scenes. It focuses so much on Gi beom vs Deuk goo and not so much on the actual issues of argos. Like I still feel like I know nothing about the people related to argos and their motives. It's just a basic power struggle but then Deuk goo is doing human experiments for some reason. Eight episodes in they keep showing and mentioning the human experiments but not actually investigating whats going on.

Is anyone else confused by the plot? I feel like it skips over so much that needs explanation.

This show went to crap during episode 13. They completely ruined Soon Jung's character. Throughout the whole show she was caring and understanding but that went completely out of the window. Her explanation for why she can't be with Min Ho literally makes no sense. Like logically wouldn't she be relieved and comforted that part of Dong wook is inside Min Ho and that he changed because of him. This way she would feel less guilty for liking him? She just completely erased Min Ho as an individual, it's actually so cruel. The show already showed her move on from his death so it makes to sense to bring back the issue other than to create unnecessary relationship conflict. They could have revealed the heart transplant in a much better way.

On episode 9 and considering dropping. I just don't think the show is paced well at all. I tend to get frustrated when shows spend so long on one issue and the characters don't really find anything out. It has been very predictable and therefore frustrating the characters don't find things out when it's pretty easy for the audience to guess. I feel like this could easily end in 12 episodes, 16 seems too long. I also feel like something about the acting is off. I feel like there isn't chemistry between the actors, almost every interaction just seems off to me. Honestly there are so many better written and acted dramas that are rated lower than this and I don't understand. If you want a good time travel crime show watch Life on Mars, it's way better.

I guess they could have reacted faster but how could they have stopped it quick enough? It was controlled by a machine, they would have had to get to the machine but wouldn't have had enough time. I guess if they shot the wire but it was invisible essentially. I thought it happened too fast for anyone to stop it.

I'm having a hard time getting through this show with how cowardly/corrupt the main characters are except for the priest. Do the prosecutor and male cop redeem themselves because so far it is frustrating to watch how terrible they are as people? If so around what episodes? Do they still end up punished for their crimes?

I totally agree. I typically can't make it through shows when the villain is clear at the beginning as you get little to no satisfaction throughout the show until they are caught. It gets tiring with the same old pattern of finding out a way to beat the villain but them easily overcoming that.

So if Nie Huaisang is the mastermind, did he keep Wei ying's body and give it to Mo Xuanyu? Or just provide him with the way to do the sacrificing curse? I'm just confused since he came back in his original body.

I disagree. I think it made a lot of sense and seemed much more realistic for a drama with such a dark story. I think her death will help move the plot in changing Sung Mo later on.

The whole premise of the story and the character's background was dark so the progression to a darker show made a lot of sense to me. I think it would be weirder for it to stay so light while dealing with such dark concepts.
