Love this post and I wish there were more of those. I might not necessarily agree with any of the opinions but it warms the heart to see people defending female leads. They can get so much hate too very often. Thank you for your post!
I guess it can be said it's kinda slow and lacking scenario wise but this is probably the best surprise I had in a chinese drama lately. I love absolutely everything; Ariel Lin is phenomenal, Bin Bin is as gorgeous as ever and borderline adorable, the Zhu team is one of the best sidekick team in drama world, and most of all, I adore the opening music. So lively and cute! But i'll be honest, if it ends up in a tragic crap, I'll be pissed. Can't make us all fluffy with the music and let tragedy strikes.
I used to love her when she was a kid, as she was a real good tiny actress. But I can`t find the same magic anymore, probably because they give her roles too old for her?
Me, watching the drama : "she's so pretty, she's so pretty, she's so pretty!" Damn, Kang So ra is really beautiful. And i'm with the minority here, I like the direction the drama is taking and I don't hate Shi Won character.
I love the novel but i've been having a hard time watching the drama. I've started two months ago, and i'm only at episode 17, which is kind of weird become i'm a professional binge watcher. I don't like many things about it; but the worst is definitely Li Chang Le, a.k.a. stupid-idiot-narcissistic-crybaby villain older sister. I'm pretty sure we're gonna get rid off her only near the end and her stupidity makes it completely unbelievable. Even if the drama was great from head to toe, she would still ruin it.
What happened chronologically : - Hong Joo's first dream was about her father dying. - Jae Chan's dad was killed by a soldier. - Same day, Hong Joon's dad also died because of the soldier. HJ's dream didn't entirely came true because the bus passengers stayed alive. - HJ and JC met on the funeral day. - Years later, HJ and JC meet again. - JC has a dream about HJ killing herself after an accident on Valentine's night. - JC stops the accident. - Cutie police officer that was supposed to die survives. - Cutie police officer starts having dreams about the future.
Questions : - Did cutie police officer lost someone on the same day as HJ and JC's dads died? - Is cutie police officer related to the soldier? - Did HJ met cutie police officer (let's call him CPO) in the past? - Does the gift pass on someone when the future is changed? - Or did CPO gained the gift because he was supposed to die because of the accident? - Can HJ alterate the future? As for now, only JC and CPO did (and HJ's father). - And what about their dreams being different now that there are three of them?
I have so many questions~ I can't wait for the next episodes to have more hints and more things that will make my head explode! #TeamThreeFlyingDragons (even if i was born on the year of the goat)
To be honest it started to drop off at around episode 5 (for me at least) and I don't really understand why…
Actually, nobody made him look gay, DBS just assumed he was by herself. I personnaly find it really funny because it creates lots of really funny moments and misunderstandings for the characters, but as a watcher i can't doubt Min Hyuk's feelings for even a second :p
I've only seen the first four episodes, but WOW. I didn't expect that the show would go as deep, and it's making my heart beat real fast! Also, LSJ and Suzy are great, Suzy has improved so much since Dream High!
Seems interesting and i'm really curious about it~ I hope Go Ah Ra is not gonna play an other stupid as f*** character so I can actually not want to trash my screen.
I don't think disliking the acting of someone who's extremely popular is the same as hating on someone.…
Personnaly, I don't hate Go Ah Rah, I just dislike every characters i've seen her play. Because of that, even if I really want to watch this drama, i'm not expecting much. She almost only plays stupid and/or annoying characters, i'm sure it doesn't help her reputation overseas.
My most anticipated drama of the century~ The novel it's adapted from is absolutely awesome, but the drama seems to be quite different so I really can't wait to watch it! I just hope it's not gonna let me down like Princess Wei Young!
