I liked it, I didn't love it.Certainly, it was well produced. While I appreciated the storyline tension between…
well, Teh's character is still high school. Though it is reaching adult, they are still kids. I mean just how their friends interact with each other, their emotions are fragile.
About him crying too much, I felt that it is okay since he is crying at right moments like I want to cry with him since I feel the sadness/pain in the scenes.
I'm just an ITSAY defender. I'm not attacking you hahaha.
Hello, I'm a guy so I might be interpreting some stuff wrong. I am concerned about people's reaction and hating Karleen for being Biphobic. So to start, I don't like that Karleen is holding on to Pearl even when she is not ready to commit, i believe that it is unfair of her.
But I would like to have some discussions about her being biphobic. With all her experience, is she really to blame if her CHOICE/PREFERENCE is not a Bi? (Again, I don't like her not letting go of Pearl). I personally think her fears is actually related to being "bi" (Contrary to others saying that "a cheater is a cheater and is not related to being bi") . I mean her greatest fear is being left for a GUY. She even said "I'll never be a guy". Her fear is based on the existence of POSSIBILITY. I mean if her partners are lesbian, and she is left for another girl then she is just heartbroken. Being left for a guy adds up another layer of insecurity. I believe there is a difference between being left for a guy and being left for a girl. She said that if she carries her trauma, she will always be paranoid and will always need reassurance because again, the POSSIBILITY of being left for a guy exist when your chosen partner is a Bi.
I am just concern that she is antagonized for her preference/choice (Again i don't like what she is holding on to Pearl) . I mean there are other lines in real life. "I don't want to date rich girls" "I don't want to date Jocks". We all have this stereotypes which may be stemmed from our fears.
So yeah, I just said these things for discussion because I want to have some grasp, especially from people who experienced this first hand. I may just be overstretching my interpretation
Maybe they want to show Alex's backstory and Cedrick Juan's character has not yet appeared.
I put quotation mark because yeah he is not the partner "yet" of fonzy but that guy is Cedrick Juan so his character has already appeared. That is eoiosde 4, the guy who Fonzy has dinner date with
You know what? I don't see why Pearl has to commit to anyone at this point! From what I gather, dating a girl would…
Hmm it depends on your culture. sometimes, dating multiple personwithout commitment with that kind of closeness (unlike blind date where there is no emotional connection yet) can have negative meaning for others, especially outsiders
Can anybody explain the *bra* scene? I mean why did oh aew wear it? What was he thinking?
That maybe Teh will like him if he is a girl(Teh is holding Oh-aws boobs while kissing) and he might be accepted by Teh's family if he is a girl (after dinner with family and Hoons gf). Not sure though since this is not the original plan hahaha, the original plan is to use lipstick
I'm sorry, but the ladyboy joke characters are so offensive and transphobic that I can't continue to watch this…
If they just focus on very few characters like Gaya sa Pelikula, the show might be better. This is instead of having too many unnecessary characters that made the show worse
