I get this point that she should not invalidate Pearl's feelings but my question mainly focuses if the pain differs when you are left by your ex for a man instead of a woman.
For my perspective, since shes has this fears, it is okay for me for her not to reciproate Pearl's feelings. It is Karleen's loss anyway. Again, I am just sympathizing with her because of her fears and for me it is not easy to let go of these fears especially she experienced it multiple times. BUT, i hate that she is pulling Pearl after all the things she said.
I'm a guy so I don't know anything aboyt the feelings so I will ask, Is the gravity of pain seeing your ex with another woman different from seeing your ex with another man?
From the show, I get that her fears are stemmed from being left behind for a guy(coincidentally). Is this still part of Biphobia? - I'm asking this because I don't know the whole range of the term.
Also, a friend of mine also experienced being left behind for a guy and I asked her if she would feel different if her ex chose a woman, instead. From there I always assume thst it is so painful for a lesbian to be left behind for a guy.
So yeah, I want to know if the pain you felt is the same or worse if your ex chose a guy
PS. I sympathize for Karleen. I think her fears are valid. I don't like that she is confusing Pearl and I don't like that she is manipulating Pearl. But I understand ger fears and I don't hate her for it. (Again, except for what she is doing) PS again. I am Team Alex
I still love the drama as a whole but I feel the same as you. What didn't you like with the ending?
About beinh friends again so fast. I relate this episode 1 when Oh is upset with Teh after the result of examination. I mean Teh did not say anything before then he just suddenly offered to tutor Oh. Also, I think it is important that Oh-Aew said in a previous episode that If Teh canvt tell him his problem, he will be observant and try to understand him. It is shown by Oh when he assumes different scenario that Teh might be thinking (Friend rival love hate etc.)
I think it is also good to note that they discussed their problems where NO ONE initiates a conversation. This is why the why their friendship(again) seems abrupt.
I think I know why some people didn't like so much the ending. The pace of the series developed in a way in which…
Yeah it was more conclusive than emotional. But this conclusiveness gave us closure. I mean we won't suffer waiting for Season 2 because this season 1 left us satisfied. A complete story in which we can sleep peacefully
I see that people feel the ending to be sort of not satisfying enough after the drama they went through on twitter…
Just a personal opinion, as well. The last scene may not be as intense as the others but it provides us a very calm emotion. I mean, an ending that leaves you happy and peaceful and can make you sleep at night. No cliffhanger, just an ending. For me it is a perfect ending that we don't usually get. Imagine you get the emotions you got from the last scenes of episode 3 and 4 as the ending of episode 5. zif they done this, you will suffer until the start of season 2 hahahah
I would also like to appreciate how they made Hoon's character.
When Teh told Hoon that Oh-Aew likes someone else then cried again, and Hoon responds "You are also a crybaby" then smile. I mean it is refreshing since this is realistic.
Also the time when Hoon commented "Damn, mama will be awake by you", this kind of sibling love, hiding their secrets from their parents. I mean hr knows that Teh might be pressured when his Ma asks him why is he crying (knowing the nature of his mother). Then the subsequent scene where Teh covered his mouth while crying.
Huhuhu, I kept commenting because there are too many scene to commend.
I agree with ITSAY being one of the best. I recommend watching "Gaya sa Pelikula" from Philippines. It is freely…
Cherry Magic is great. It is cute and all but the emotions Gaya Sa Pelikula and ITSAY gives us is so far from Cherry Magic. Again, Cherry Magic is great and I have no hate on this series, it is just GSP and ITSAY is on a whole new level
The best thing about this show is the ending gave me closure. I want season 2 but the finale of season 1 gave me satisfaction without pain of having to wait for the season 2 since this season is complete.
Also, the ending gave me a "peaceful bliss" feeling. Unlike other BL that ends with fun or cliff hangers or teasers for season 2, ITSAY gave is the PERFECT EMOTION for an ending scene. It might seem underwhelming for some but the feeling of peace and calm happiness is so refreshing for me. This type of ending just increase its rewatching value.
Oh man, I felt so bad for Olan. "Please don't fire me as your courier." "Of course, I know you need it." "No,…
I agree with you that Ben is not responsible for whatever Leo's shit BUT it is really hard to be in Ben's position. It is like he is going to carry the burden of Leo's death(even though it his not his fault) if he did not interfere. People like Leo exist, I hope the show can show us how to help people like Leo (and of course, accountability as well) because they exist

But my heart broke for the both of them huhuhuhu.

Hopefully, the BL shows to be released during this time is on par with ITSAY and Gaya sa Pelikula.
