I'm very happy to change the status here from watching to complete... Such a beautiful experience from watching…
I have mixed feelings about the show ending. The show wrap up nicely but now I have one less great series to watch. It is not that I hate other BLs, but because of ITSAY, they really suck now.
Also, the show didn't forget the friendship part between Oh-Aew and Teh. Often in BL shows, once they focus on romantic story, they often set-aside or dillute the friendship between the two. Nice! But I'm gonna cry first
A show with 1 gay "inside" the group of straight friends with girlfriends. Why not, right? No hate about a lot of BL show making too many gay couples in their circle of friends but this show gave us a refreshing and great story.
They have too many unnecessary characters. They just smile or do nothing makes the show cringey. - The boyfriend of the manager and the side gay couple is awkward af. Not good in acting and no chemistry. If they lessen the characters, even limiting the place/setting, the show might improve since they can focus on story and acting. The kissing scene seems forced, as well. A character build-up and chemistrt mmy is much needed in this show.
I hope in season 2, they lessen the number of characters. Too many unnecessessary roles which also makes the show cringey. Too much dead air from them. Fewer characters means more budget for others and can help increase the quality of the show. I don't mind the messy plots since not thinking too much for me is relaxing. But cringey scenes and acting is a big no
Episode 4 gave me so much anxiety. It may sound negative, but that is how good this series is. It is so relatable and there acting can reach you through the screens. SO SO SO MUCH EMOTIONS
But in epiosde 6, when Karl is dancing and is seen by Vlad, Vlad gave a "thumbs up" equivalent to it's okay and this makes Karl happy and comfortable to share the moment with Vlad
In episode 7, when Karl and Vlad was caught kissing by Tito Sants, Judit, and anna, instead of saying it is okay and or smiling, they just run away which makes Karl more anxious-the opposite of explicit acceptance from others shown in episode 6
Also, please change the name of the series in this website to "Gaya sa Pelikula". I believe the show is too great for it not to be labeled with its original title
