my personal opinion, LC was just an evil person looking for an excuse to turn evil. SHe always knew that her dad and the clan was the "evil" one. She could have just the clan die after her dad passed away or distanced her self from it. instead she went to the chancellor and we know the rest that followed

actually the drama did sort of a white wash on BCF, blaming drugs for his turnaraound. in the novel he was just power hungry

not the ending. bromance at the start. betrayal at the middle. we dont know the ending yet but based on the novel they try to kill each other.
