the ML flat out lies to her as well. hard to maintain a relationship when both sides lie to each other or some weird expections. Like FL wants the ML to tell her everything about a certain incident but she refuses to tell him who she heard it from

no FL also wins. FL also uses underhanded tactics up to a certain point. She won't fabricate evidences or frame the ML but she will connive with others to steal clients

wait till the episode is aired till you make that judgement. for all we know its some type of misdirection to drum up more interest for the next episode
