im guessing the same thing. Look at how they are leaving room (not showing explicitly that he's hooking up with other people. Im guessing in the last episodes they will try to explain and the audience misunderstood that he's a fak boi and that he's not so bad afterall

its a tug of war to keep viewers watching. people tend to watch more if the lead character is someone they hate but the writers will give them some redeeming values to give their fans something to cling on to

exactly, most oftentimes people (myself included)project what they want to happen into the drama itself. people have to remember, this is a drama, its fiction, sometimes bad guys do win etc

plenty of people, its usually the "bad boys" who gets the girl. do hyeok is the typical guy who gets friend zoned all the time

im of the opposite opinion, once a company has paid for the rights to a webtoon, they should be able to change the story as much as they want. they can even introduce a shape shifting rabbit ninja who moonlights as a gym instructor while hunting demons in his spare time

i think you have your dramas crossed. This has nothing to do with women empowerment, if anything this drama depicts the weakness/flaws of women and their friendship etc.
