I liked her, she's confident, spunky & had a lil' bit of naivety that I think any guy would love to see. She had…
I guess I just don’t see her charm the way you do. I see that she became less self centered and selfish but it took so much undeserved attention to get there. I like the sister much more because she has a dilemma that makes sense and I empathize with why she feels so torn. Seol Ah on the other hand is a character I still can’t really empathize with so I wish she had much less screen time.
Can agree why some people might dislike Seol Ah. Not sure why the ex husband deserves better, a cheat, throws…
I don’t blame him for cheating. His wife manipulated him into marriage because she wanted his money then emotionally manipulated him with some bs about not loving him but maybe one day. I blame him for still chasing her but it’s pretty obvious why he cheated. The fact that she was even shocked and pretended to be hurt made me dislike her more. The only thing he hurt was her ego. He’s an annoying character for different reasons but cheating isn’t one of them.
I'm having a hard time understanding how anyone likes Seol Ah. 65 episodes in and I don't get it. The chef and the ex-husband can both do and deserve better.
This is at least my 4th time trying to get through this drama. Even with the few twists that have happened so far am I bored. If I’m bored at episode 6 is there a reason to keep watching?
Exactly. The set up was so good and then suddenly in “modern” times it looks retro and cheap. And the story…
I’m only on episode 23. It seems like a set up for later episodes but I already see ships I want to sink. I’m not ready to drop it yet though, I’m just frustrated.
What happened to the cinematography and sets of this drama. The quality deteriorated so much. The sets looks as…
Exactly. The set up was so good and then suddenly in “modern” times it looks retro and cheap. And the story became super repetitive. Like they already went over budget.
It started out so good and then once it switched to modern times it got ridiculous! These characters are so frustrating! I guess that's the point but I hate so many of them.
I honestly don’t think you watched the show fully or barely at all if you gave it a 1/10. This show is more…
I thought is was great and it's far more than just a love triangle. I think that's an oversimplification. The whole theme is about the importance of going through life with people you genuinely care for you and will have your back (whether as a love interest or "family". Many of the good characters were loyal and supportive while the evil characters knew that their ruthlessness would leave them victorious without a single person they could trust. Yool Mu realized at the end that in order to obtain the throne he would have to give up the fantasy of a loving relationship with Dong Joo. I thought it was really heartbreaking when he let ger go for that reason. Sure there is a lot of silliness in this drama but to me it has way more depth than you give it credt for having.
and deserve better.
