I'd love to watch that...we need that drama! My boring guess is that they have '4 minutes' to save the life of…
Thankssss β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ I will, lol. Gonna make a shrine for you in the end of chapter notes since it's all thanks to u that this work came to life πββοΈ
"We do not know anything about the plot. But when the show was announced they used the word "bitter" a lot. It's not going to be a cute and romantic get together kind of story. In December when the series hadn't been announced yet and Build only got to vaguely tease it he was asked if the series is going to be lighter than KP and he said it's not going to be sunshine and roses or whatever.
So my impression is that it's going to be adult and heavy.
What Sammon did say is she can't say why the series is called "4 Minutes" because it would spoil the plot. Fandom has tried to find anything related to medicine and stuff but there wasn't anything conclusive." - kingbobbymorley
This series is based on a book written by Sammon. The author of Triage and Manner of Death. It might be related…
Fr tho, as long as we get the romance, we're fine (we prob. don't have to worry about that cause Bible literally opened the series' teaser with his ass π)
Regardless, I will stay ready with my clown makeup bec. I have never been correct about anything & this could very well be an angsty bl π€‘

Yup! Triage is based off of a webnovel by Sammon! I personally LOVE triage - It's decently medically accurate and the main cp is super cute! The plot is fresh even though it combines multiple genres that we've seen before. It does start off a bit slow in the romance department but them gradually falling in love is so satisfying to witness~ And they both fall HARD, so there's that. Overall, I gave Triage a solid 10 since everything was executed with finesse & you really get the time to connect with the characters & their emotions! I swear I couldn't move on for a good week after I finished the drama π You should check it out some time too!

Am I a bl writer now, lol? Better patent that plot quick then π
I actually do have an AO3 account & have some fics fleshed out in my drafts (that I'm too scared to post) for Weak Hero Class 1 (Si Eun X Su Ho) & The Devil Judge (Yo Han X Ga On) bc yes, I'm a basic hoe. So we'll see... Maybe I'll take this idea and make it into an original work or just use it as plot for one of my fave pairings. Thanks for the push tho! I'll let u know if I ever do anything with it lol

Oooh, I like that. So similar to triage? Meaning, we could potentially be getting another medical drama? Sign me up! (I'm seated regardless, just for Bible)
So my theory about the title '4 Minutes' is that it's reference to the "golden" time frame in which someone can fall in love. According to a couple of research experiments, it's been found that if you stare into someone's eyes for about 4 minutes silently after asking each other a bunch of questions, you can 'fall in love' with even a stranger. Plus, it's also believed that cupid's arrow strikes within 4 minutes and can make anyone 'like' another person.
So, 4 minutes is most likely just the time taken to fall in love, which again, tells us nothing about the plot lmao

Honestly, this could or could not end up being a medical drama, but my intuition says it's not (idk why). As for the 4 minutes, I've heard this somewhere that you can fall in love with someone if you stare into their eyes for about 4 minutes, so maybe it's based off of that theory? Totally random thought, take it with a grain of salt since I'm mostly likely wrong lol
I have tried this series 3 times and cannot even get past the first episode it is that bad to me. I give up.
Same! Except I can't even get past episode 2. It's kinda slow-paced so I just can't seem to get into the plot. I've seen worse but it's only with this drama that I can't even bring myself to power through half of it lmao. Oh well, I've tried 4 times to pick it up, but ig this just belongs in the 'dropped' list for me as well :/ A pity that I can't watch more of PHS & PBY but I can't torture myself anymore
I can't tell if you're joking or not πBut they for sure did NOT wait YEARS for two kids to grow up and film…
Omg, you're being serious π€£
That's just a timeline! They didn't actually start filming in 2013! The drama just used props from that time period + the events that happened! Na In Woo hadn't even made his debut back then lol
Then, by that logic, all the sageuks would have to be filmed in whatever dynasty they were in lmao π
Itβs impressive how they were able to wait couple of years until the babies were old enough to run around, so…
I can't tell if you're joking or not π
But they for sure did NOT wait YEARS for two kids to grow up and film them for a 10 second scene. π In dramas, they cast different children to play different ages lmao. They just casted two twins that were 4-5 years old to show the passage of time, they didn't actually wait that long...
Na In Woo was an unexpected yet pleasant discovery in Marry My Husband. I'd seen him in Mr. Queen maybe 2 years ago and had thought the actor to be really dashing and charming, but had literally no recollection of him being familiar when watching MMH. He was great in Mr. Queen but I guess his role (the character's significance) wasn't 'stand-out' enough to be remembered a few years or even months after the watch.
Safe to say, him being the ML in this drama really brought out his charismatic side and make the viewers fall in love. Furthermore, his calm and collected nature in the drama is in complete contrast to his chaotic golden retriever energy in 2D1N (Yes, I'm obsessed - sue me π) which was a delight to see! He's such a goofball and has the prettiest smile ππ
Wishing the best for his career and future endeavors after his return from the military (I'm guessing he's enlisting soon)! I'll definitely keep a look-out for any future dramas of Na In Woo, but in the meantime, I'll be binging his variety show guestings :)
The finale episode was everything I'd ever wanted and MORE ππππ We finally got Ji Won get her revenge on Su Min, put her past behind her, move on with her life with Ji Hyuk by her side as well as everyone else that loves her.
The wedding was spectacular! The most stunning visuals and fits I've ever seen in a Kdrama! They truly looked like royalty on their special day π₯Ή. I swear I got teary when they both walked down the lane hand-in-hand, they looked absolutely PERFECT together ππ
Cheers to a great finale, and happily every after for our two munchkins! π₯
