he would've died otherwise thoBut I'm more bothered about FL's father's friend (the old general, I forgot the…
yeah but it’s his choice if he wants to die. he’s a grown man. and it would’ve been an honourable death that he was prepared to face. I get his anger at not even being able to avenge his master.
yeah it sucks that General He didn’t just spit it out, idk why he went on about it being a long story or whatever 🫠 they had a couple days in lucheng before the war started, he could’ve just said it then
ok wtf lmaoooo I called yuanqing a slippery snake last time bc he escaped death 3 times (!!!) but him managing to escape AGAIN is actually diabolical 🥴
he’s not a snake, he’s a freaking talent. please put him in saw or final destination bc that man would win 😂
and I’m lowkey sorry to say this, but shame on xie’s army for sucking at their job 😅 how can you let an important hostage get away 4 times? esp when it’s meant to be the best army in the yin empire & under the lead of the youngest marquis in the country
I’m on ep 29 where Yuanhuai’s real identity’s been explained. I’m kinda shocked he’s telling Qianqian about it.
Anyway someone please clarify this bc the systems/titles for royalty in historical dramas always confuses me:
1) Why did the old emperor abdicate his throne to Qi Sheng instead of making Qi Min the new emperor? Even if he was young at the time, I’m sure there’s been kid emperors before? who just get advised by the counsellors when having to make decisions. I mean, Qi Sheng’s an adult & he’s making decisions on a whim anyway 😂
2) I’m getting confused on where Qi Shu fits into the family tree. I think she’s Qi Sheng’s sister?? If not then she’s Qi Min’s sister?
ahh chan come on man, it’s time to tell the truth!! even if you don’t know the whole truth, tell her what you know so it doesn’t seem like you’re deceiving her for so long
